I cannot say enough GREAT things about Melissa! I had a coworker that had just gotten married who used Melissa and recommended her to us. We contacted Melissa via email and got a response right away. She asked me and my husband to fill out a form. Just simple questions regarding how we met, what we both do for a living, our hobbies. When we decided to finally meet her, we felt like she already knew us! With just the simple form, we filled out, she took the time to go over it and really get to know us. That made it easy to pick her. We got along great. She is so easy going and you can tell when you speak with Melissa that she absolutely LOVES what she does for a living. Throughout the yr of planning, I knew I could reach out to her to go over ideas for our wedding day picture at any point and she would give me her honest opinion. She always got back to us timely and with great ideas. The best thing about Melissa is that she is super flexible! When we were picking out a package, I told her what I wanted and she was like yes we can do all those things. Also, most photographers give you 8hrs on your wedding day and then charge you overtime for every extra hour. Melissa told us from the start that she would start working whenever and end whenever and it would be included in our package. She started taking photos of the girls getting ready at 930/10am and stayed for the entire reception which ended at 11pm!!! And she wasn't just capturing our day, which she did the most amazing job ever doing, you could tell she was genuinely enjoying herself. She just fit right in!! She never seemed stressed out, she never once yelled about timing and she was never in our face trying to get a picture. We are completely obsessed with our pictures!!!!! They are beautiful! I am shouting Melissa s name and her photography from the roof top! You will love her and I would highly recommend her!
