We purchased both my (three stoned) engagement ring and my wedding jewelry at Mees Jewelry. Shortly after purchase, we found a small flaw in one of the engagement ring side stones. They replaced it without issue. The jeweler is a perfectionist. He kept my ring until he received a new diamond in the exact shade as the other two. I still can't tell which one was replaced.

For my wedding jewelry I desired to have a pearl remounted. The pearl was a gift from my deceased father. I was 6 at the time he gave it to me and I wanted it mounted on a gold unicorn head. At age 27 I no longer wear gold or unicorns. When I took it into Mees they explained the remounting process and helped me chose a setting. The entire turn around time was 2 weeks.

My fiance and I walked in to look at rings and immediately someone was taking care of us. When we had questions about the ring we chose they were quick to answer what they could and then called the vendor to find out the rest. I loved how easy they made it and, because my fiance lives out of state, it was even better that they were able to give us several options on payments as well as shipping the ring if needed.

We've had some issues with the durability of the engagement and wedding band custom made for the bride; so far the store has been very responsive in dealing with the issues.
