We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Gayle. She was so amazing, always in touch with me about any changes I wanted To make, very accommodating, and just amazing at what she does. I explained My vision to her of what I wanted for my wedding and she brought It to life. The venue and flowers were gorgeous. She does so much more than flower. room decor table decor etc. she was amazing and I’m so happy we had her for our wedding.

When Gayle and her team came into my Bridal suite as we were getting ready, I fell so in love with the flower arrangements that she put together for myself, my bridesmaids, husband, groomsmen and our special family members and friends! They work flower magic!

Our wedding came together perfectly and Meadows Edge's designs truly made everything turn into an elegant wedding. They did an amazing job on the centerpieces, boutonnieres, bouquets, and lighting. We would highly recommend Meadows Edge Floral to our friends and family!

Gayle and the Meadows Edge team are amazing. The bad reviews on here make me sad because they are putting out amazing work despite being understaffed and back to an almost normal business level. Yes there were delays in responses to emails but Gayle was there when I needed her most. We walked through every detail two or three times over the course of a year, completed a walkthrough the day before the wedding, and she personally came to my getting ready space to make sure bouquets, boutonnieres, etc were to my liking.

Was everything exactly like the pictures I showed? No and you shouldn't expect them to be. It's important to remember that florists work with the seasons. These are fresh flowers and grown from mother nature, they're not all going to be exact. Plus Gayle and her team are artists! Is everything beautiful? ABSOLUTELY! You really need to hand over some planner/bride power over to this team. They have you covered.

My wedding flowers were truly the stuff dreams are made of! Gayle took my photo inspiration, leveraged her own expertise, and absolutely brought my vision to life. They were more beautiful than I could have ever imagined! She has such a fantastic eye and was so easy to work with -- immediately understanding my opinions and vision but steering me based on her experiences and knowledge of the venue. Every detail was impeccable. I also planned to have flowers in my hair, and she came by in the morning with a BOUQUET of stunning options to give me an idea of what she had to work with, which was such a fun way to start off my wedding day. And at the end of it all, we got to bring all of the flowers home -- I only wish they could stay alive for longer but I've got them drying all over my house. I want to get married again just to get more flowers from Gayle :-)

We worked with Meadow's Edge Floral Design for our September 2022 wedding and the floral arrangements and decor were stunning! Over several phone calls, Gayle provided me a sense of everything there was to offer, helped me narrow down my options based on what I was hoping for, and executed everything flawlessly, all while keeping everything within my budget!

We had a lovely wedding at the Mountain Top, but our florals were disappointing. I had no luck trying to schedule a meeting with Gayle, so I stopped by the day before my wedding hoping to see the flowers or an example, but Gayle told me I'd just get to see them right before the wedding. Same as another reviewer, I got to see the flowers for the first time right as I had to leave for our first look photos. My bouquet wasn't what I had hoped for, but there was no time to make changes. The boutonnieres arrived late halfway through our formal photos, so my husband didn't have his boutonnière for our first look and most of our photos. When we got them the boutonnieres were on the verge of falling apart and wilted. In our photos my bouquet clearly has a dead/crushed flower in it. As for our reception flowers, we asked for greenery down the center of the tables and sent examples, but the greenery was sparse, which was disappointing. On the plus side, they did offer to leave up greenery on the lights that was left from the previous wedding free of charge. Additionally, I'd asked for a flower crown for my rehearsal dinner. I sent photos and pictures of my dress to show what I was looking for. The flower crown arrived about 5 minutes before the rehearsal and it was not what I'd asked for- it looked like a flower girl crown, hastily put together and I was so bummed. The coordinator heard about it and removed it from the invoice. My advice to future brides would be to make sure you have a meeting to actually have them put together examples for you to see in person ahead of time.

I will start off by saying that Gayle turned out a lovely final product for our wedding day! Were they exactly what I wanted? Not 100% - she wanted to make the bouquets "stand out" from the rest of the ceremony decor, and so the flowers on the arch and in the aisles didn't match the ones we held... which looked odd to me. Since she never showed me her vision ahead of time (despite me asking a handful of times), I had to just trust her vision fully and had no idea what I was getting until I saw it in person (the bouquets when they were delivered as we were getting ready and the decorations as I literally walked down the aisle). The other issue was that she was not at all responsive to our emails. 4 out of 5 times, it took bringing in our Mountain Top Inn coordinator to get her attention. In an otherwise seamless experience with Mountain Top Inn, the flowers were the one thing about our experience that stressed me out leading up to the big day. I think if I could do it again, I would shop around a little more for a florist instead of just using the onsite option. Having said that, i LOVED my bouquets and reception decoration!!! The ceremony decoration and my floral crown were pretty as well, but if given the option, I would have had them match the bouquets.

Working with this company was stressful and frustrating. We had our first planning call which was almost an hour long and I described much of what I wanted at the ceremony and reception. She clearly wrote none of it down, because on the second call we had to start from square one again! Not to mention, she rarely if ever returns emails (even with multiple follow-up attempts) and always blames it on "email troubles" even if these instances were weeks apart. I would have been able to get over the stress and frustration I felt working with Gayle and her team if they had produced good results at my ceremony and reception, but sadly this wasn't the case. She missed important details (didn't deliver any flower girl petals and then came back with the wrong color and then left my aisle COMPLETELY BARE when it was supposed to be lined with flower petals which I had emphasized was very important to me). Very upsetting to begin my ceremony and realize such a big detail was missed. The reception also revealed items were missed. The dessert table was left bare when she had promised to add greenery (it was the first thing people saw when they walked in so it made the entrance bland) and the inspiration shots that were sent for the greenery to go down the table runners weren't followed at all. We were left with some kind of greenery that looked like it came from the dollar store and hid the candles we had out instead of the greenery that was on display at our tasting (which she even did!). Overall a very frustrating experience, and I am surprised that Mountain Top would continue to partner with such an unreliable vendor. My advice is to get your flowers and as many decorations as possible elsewhere and save yourself the stress and disappointment.
