We got married here in November and it was absolutely beautiful! It turned out exactly how we imagined our wedding and even more than that! Service was great, dinner and drinks were wonderful and most importantly, Shanna did an amazing job helping us coordinate, as well as making sure everything was perfect on the day of. Thank you for making our day so special. Such a beautiful venue and we highly recommend.

You won't find better value in Scottsdale than this!!!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about the experience we had having our wedding at McDowell Mountain Golf Club! What we love most about McDowell Mountain Golf Club is how personalized the experience was- so many vendors and AZ just shuttle you in and out. Greg and Miles put so much love and care into making our wedding the most perfect day! From the vey start, Greg was on top of everything. We even got to come in to do a personalized tasting of all the food- and WOW the food was incredible!! Our guests are still talking about how delicious everything was. The drinks were top notch as well- Miles made us his/hers wedding drinks, and all of our guests raved about how delicious they were!! Greg was so responsive, and helped accommodate all of our requests. You cannot find value like this in Scottsdale. If you're considering having your wedding here- DO IT!

Perfect Wedding
Our wedding day at McDowell Mountain Golf Club was everything I'd hoped for and more! We had an outdoor ceremony and relaxed dinner under the bistro lights overlooking the valley with the most unbelievable sunset. Shanna, the venue coordinator, was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. Can't recommend this venue enough!

Exactly what we wanted!
We wanted a venue that would allow us to make our day unique. This venue doesn't provide photographer, florist, etc so it gave us the flexibility to pick our own vendors. (This also makes the upfront cost of the venue much cheaper than other places around the Valley.) The venue coordinator was amazing but keep in mind she is only there for the venue! You will need to hire a wedding coordinator if you want someone to help with the wedding.
Beautiful location with a dream view of the valley. I highly recommend!

Shelley (Event coordinator) and Emilio (Chef) had an amazing way to organize my wedding. It was a beautiful event, with delicious food, wonderful setup and a very friendly and helpful staff. I am so pleased with the outstanding job they do.
My guests enjoyed it so much and I couldn't be happier. McDowell Mountain Golf Club is a very professional venue with all you need for an amazing, unforgettable wedding. Thank you so much for making my day so special.

From the very first email Kate was amazing. We met with her over a year before our wedding and she was wonderful. Things had been great until she left the venue to work with another company. I am not sure why McDowell Mountain ever let her go, because she was truly amazing.
That being said, our wedding was amazing. Michael (food and beverage manager), Shelley (new events coordinator), and Chef Emilio made sure everything was just as it should be. Everything was set up beautifully, ran smoothly, and the food was delicious.
McDowell Mountain gave us choices with our package for our vendors. We absolutely cannot say enough great things about Stephanie Heymann (Photographer), Lux Florist (Cynthia), Mike (Ray the DJ), and Honey Moon Sweets. Debbie and her assistant from Debbie Kennedy events was my day-of planner and they were wonderful as well.
We picked this venue because of the breathtaking view and we were not disappointed. We did an evening ceremony and played games on the lawn. We could not have asked for a better wedding day.

Kate is an amazing coordinator. She made me feel so comfortable and confident with our wedding plans and was so accommodating with my vision of our wedding and requests. The wedding was beautiful and I received so many compliments on the venue and the food (prime rib, chicken piallard, garlic mashed potatos, south of the border Caprese). It was perfect!
