We cannot say enough great things about our DJ Carmen! From the very beginning, he was incredibly communicative, making the planning process smooth and stress-free. We actually met up with another DJ previously and got terrible vibes from him and were really stressed to make sure we found an awesome DJ… Carmen was just that!! What really stood out was his calm and relaxed demeanor—exactly what you want on a day that can easily feel overwhelming.
Despite the laid-back vibe, he intricately organized behind the scenes. Every detail was handled with care and precision, and he made sure the entire evening flowed seamlessly. Which it absolutely did!! He checked with us before moving onto the next thing to make sure everyone was on the same page, took care of all of the lighting with the venue coordinators, and anything else we needed. One of the highlights with Carmen’s company is the ability to bring out photobooths, 360 camera, and the audio guest book! Everyone loved it!!! I could not have asked for a better enhancement to our evening!!!
One of the things we appreciated most was his respect and sensitivity toward the other family events happening throughout the wedding. We had a death in the family two days before the wedding, and he read the room beautifully, adjusting the energy and music perfectly to match the mood and timing of the night.

We hired Carmen and his wife Mandy from MCDJ Company for our wedding, and they exceeded every expectation we had. Carmen was incredible from start to finish. He not only guided us through each step with confidence and clarity but even made some last-minute recommendations that truly elevated our layout and transitions. Thanks to him, the ceremony and reception felt effortless and perfectly timed.
When it came time to celebrate, Carmen was phenomenal on the mic and the music. He read the room flawlessly—bringing out nostalgic throwbacks just when the crowd needed a boost, and ramping up to high-energy hits that had everyone on their feet dancing and cheering. He kept the vibe alive all night, and our guests are still talking about how amazing the music was.
Mandy, as our day of coordinator and Carmen’s wife, was equally impressive. Before the wedding, she met with us and offered her day-of coordinating expertise without ever making us feel pressured. On the day itself, she was a calming, reassuring presence for the bride—capturing every detail, lining up the bridal party and parents, and coordinating transitions like a true pro. She even built the most beautiful backdrop and single-handedly set up our tables at the reception hall exactly according to our vision. Every detail was spot-on, and it genuinely felt like she brought our dream to life.
Because of Carmen and Mandy, I was relaxed and fully able to enjoy my wedding day knowing everything was under control. They went above and beyond—more than we ever expected—and treated us like family throughout the entire process.

Full disclosure, Carmen is the only DJ I’ve ever hired for an event. Bad news for others: he set the bar incredibly high. He was super communicative with me and my partner in the months and weeks leading up to our wedding, and the big day went off without a hitch. Aside from putting together a great setlist tailored to our taste, he had such a great presence and really set the perfect tone for the evening. Kind, supportive, professional, super easy to work with, couldn’t have asked for anything more!

Deciding to use Carmen to dj my daughter’s wedding was without a doubt a great choice. He helped us through the orders from start to finish. He made sure to explain everything in great detail so there were no surprises. From the rehearsal dinner to the wedding he thought of everything and we are so grateful for his expertise. If you are looking to hire a dj for your special event look no further as I believe he is the best there is. We hope to use him again in the future because of the wonderful experience we had. Five stars isn’t enough in my opinion

Carmen was AWESOME! He was very well prepared for everything, from any odd requests, helping my sister plan a surprise for during the reception, to asking the questions that no one else tells you is something you need to think about when planning a wedding. Because of our venue time restrictions, vendors only had a couple hours right before the ceremony to set up. So Carmen had to get all of the sound and lighting that he used set up and ready for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and the reception, all in different locations of the venue. He got everything set up and ready with time to spare.  

We also chose to add the photo booth for our reception. It was such a hit! Everyone loved the props to use when taking pictures. They also put together a photo album that guests could sign with a copy of their photos. It has been so great to look through to see our friends and family having a good time. 

For our day of coordinator, we chose to go with Mandy, Carmen’s wife. Mandy helped so much with the setup, again with only a limited amount of time to set up right before the ceremony. We had to put together the arch and gets the drapes to look just right. Mandy filled 3 vases of water with floating candles, for 20 tables. She helped to put together a last minute added backdrop, help with making sure the sound was working everywhere, helped to corral everyone that was walking down the aisle and let them know what they had to do, where they needed to be and when. She helped with so much else before the ceremony! She was also a huge help after the ceremony, because we were only given about 30-45 minutes to get everything out of the venue. 

Mandy and Carmen worked so well together and made sure everything ran smoothly at the rehearsal dinner and during the ceremony and reception. I have been recommending them to so many people, and my new sister-in-law has decided to go with MC DJ COMPANY for her wedding next year.

We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ for our wedding! From the ceremony to the last dance, everything flowed perfectly. The music selection was spot on — they read the crowd all night and kept everyone on the dance floor. The energy, timing, and professionalism were top-notch. Our guests are still talking about how much fun they had! If you want a DJ who truly knows how to create the perfect vibe for your wedding!

Carmen was great! He was great with communication & reading the room when it came to music choices for the reception. He was a huge help with the rehearsal & making sure everyone knew what they were doing for the ceremony. Easy to work with & overall a great guy!

Our daughter Lexi got married May 3rd, 2025. I am compelled to write this review not because Carmen was a true professional throughout. Not because of the high quality of equipment. Carmen went above and beyond what was expected of him. When our wedding had to be moved indoors due to rain, he completely took charge of the situation—handling things even our wedding coordinator hadn’t considered. He was clear and direct, letting us know exactly what was happening and what was coming next.

He confidently took control of the room when needed (which is exactly what I hoped he would do). The venue was tight and chaotic because of the weather, but Carmen managed the transition flawlessly. He read the room perfectly, kept us on schedule, and thought of details we never would’ve considered ourselves.

And when it came time to party—he had our dance floor jumping! No one wanted to leave. His energy was exactly what we needed, and he kept the vibe going all night long.

Carmen is so much more than just a DJ. I highly recommend him to any bride who’s feeling overwhelmed about finding the right person. I never write reviews, but I know how stressful it was trying to choose a DJ—and I can honestly say, he’s the one.
