Hi!! I'm Mary and I'm SOOOO EXCITED you're here!! Seriously!! I know there are a lot of options out there so I am honored you're here with me :)
SO I am a wedding + family photographer based in Southern California! Been doing this thing for almost a decade and love more than almost anything!! It fiiiilllls my soul. Being able to capture the most speical moments in a persons life is unreal. It's a gift and an art form I do not take that for granted.
Whats it like to work with me? My goal is to caprutre the essence of who you both are, individually and together as a couple. If you're shy and introverted, great IM THERE!!! I'll be there capturing all the romantic subilties, the sweet glances and warm smiles. If your'e a little crazy, I'M THERE TOO!! I'll be chasing you down the beach or rolling in dirt with you. No Matter what you're beautiful and perfect. I'll be there to caprutre it all.
And just a little about me! I live with my husband, son, and cat in sunny SoCal! When we are not working we love to spend all our time together outside playing in the dirt, eating yummy food (mostly Thai food), watching movies, and going to the mountains.

Wedding photographer!
We absolutely loved working with Mary. We did the package with full wedding day, video and engagement pics. From the first time we spoke, she was nothing but sweet and sincere and professional!
Our engagement shoot was so good! She made us feel so comfortable and we just had so much fun.
Our wedding pictures are so gorgeous and exactly what I wanted. She has a great presence and makes sure you get the shots you want!

Not over exaggerating: the best decision
Mary is absolutely amazing! We hired her for our wedding after looking through and talking to so many different people. She’s so warm and inviting and her photos are LITERALLY a dream come true. Not to mention how comfortable she makes you feel during photos and how she is able to perfectly capture the essence of you two as a couple in every session! We hired her for our engagement photos, our wedding photos and our wedding video and it honestly was THE BEST DECISION I COULD HAVE MADE THROUGHOUT MY WHOLE WEDDING PROCESS (aside from marrying my husband lol)! If you’re looking for a photographer who captures warm romantic dreamy photos and makes you feel so comfortable that you don’t even realize photos are being taken of you, HIRE HER IMMEDIATELY. We loved her and her team so much, definitely using her for all of our big moments in life now.🥰

Mary is amazing at what she does.
Mary was so good about working with our requests and making sure to give us the best quality of her work for us. We are so thankful this is something we budgeted for because looking back at our wedding is a reminder of the best day and special moments we shared as a couple with our friends and family. Mary is so sweet and has the best personality to work with. Even her preview made me tear up. No regret in hiring MaryLiz Film!

Fun Boat Engagement Shoot
Mary is such a fun photographer! We went with her on a boat throughout Newport Harbor and had a total blast. We were all laughs and smiles throughout the session. We would suggest her services to any friend/ family member. My fiance and I also loved the quality of images that we received. She gave us a few teaser photos the same day and then we received the other not long after. The lighting and colors were beautiful. Thank you Mary for going on the boat adventure with us and for bringing the perfect props!

Amazing Talented Photographer!
I loved our session with Mary! She is so sweet and made our experience amazing. It was our first time taking couple pictures and we were nervous for sure! She made us feel so comfortable and directed us throughout the session. She truly captured our love and our pictures came out amazing, we've gotten so many compliments on the pictures! She thinks out of the box and takes really great shots! 10/10 would recommend her, she is very talented!

Highly recommend!
I am so in love with the wedding video that Mary created for us. When beginning to plan my wedding and cutting things out of my budget that always seemed too small for what I wanted, I almost cut out having a videographer and I'm SO glad I didn't. Watching the video Mary so beautifully made of our special day is like reliving the day all over again and years later I still watch with tears in my eyes. It's literally exactly what I wanted and shows the personality and joy behind our day that photographs don't quite capture. Mary is incredibly talented, very easy to work with, will listen and create what you want, and is flexible on wedding day. She got the video of our wedding back to us long before we had our photographs, too. I highly recommend using her for your videography!!

I reached out to Mary for my brother's wedding with information on my brother and his fiance's budget and plan for their marriage. She responded promptly and was happy to accommodate within our target budget and specific desires. Her delightful response was well detailed with the packages she offers and her professional communication made planning with her a breeze! During the wedding, she captured all we had imagined and so much more!

Wonderful video services and perfect service
I met Mary over email, and without a phone conversation or anything, we hit it off. She sent over some clips of other weddings she'd filmed, and I knew from her friendly personality and dedication to quality that she'd be THE perfect videographer for our wedding! She showed up perfectly on time, was discreet but managed to film all the best shots, and presented me with my short movie with such fast turnaround. I sincerely appreciate Mary making my wedding video such a breeze, and I absolutely, positively recommend her if you want a beautiful, high quality video you'll want to watch for the rest of your life.
