Couples are able to either select one of Martin's Custom Catering & Wedding Venue's cuisine packages or create their own custom catering menu. Not only are such things as your buffet, cocktail reception, and hors d'oeuvres taken care of, but also your cakes and desserts. You can select from cuisine styles including American, Italian, Mexican, Southern, Southwestern, and Spanish. Adding server(s) and stations is another option couples can choose from, as well, to make their menu delivery process easier.
