Calm, Cool & Collected - Captain Ray has you covered!
From the moment you meet Captain Ray you know you are in good hands! There is a sense of care and attention that must go into the creation and reading of the wedding vows. Captain Ray has this and truly puts his love into the ceremony. Not only did he share meaningful excerpts and readings, but he customized it to my husband and I. He even went as far to meet up with us, at a local brewery of all places. This allowed for him to get familiar with us and understand our relationship further. He was calm, cool, and collected as he took charge of the ceremony. If you are looking for a full service officiant that will care about one of the most important days of your life Captain Ray is your guy! If you aren't sold yet, just talk to him and you'll quickly be reassured.Sent on 03/02/2020
Married by A Sea Captain's reply:Thank you for a most appreciated review. Getting to know and be a part of your lovely wedding was a great pleasure from the moment we met, when you arrived with the thirsty "horse," Adam’s kindly 125 lb. hip-high Irish Wolfhound. As a Maritime Academy graduate and active sea-going mariner, it was a very special honor to be asked to officiate at his wedding. As always, wishing you both fair winds and following seas!

Captain Ray officiated our beautiful wedding and was exactly what we could have asked for. We met a few weeks in advance to chat and give him our story, and he personalized the ceremony with all of it. He was even prepared (or quick on his feet) to change up his reading when rain forced us from the beach to the intracoastal side of the island on a terrace instead. We’d dreamed of being married near the water and by a sea captain, but Captain Ray delivered and then some!Sent on 06/02/2019
Married by A Sea Captain's reply:Thank you, Nick! Your Amanda's ceremony was very touching and will always be remembered as the marriage that managed to blend the magical myths we all love with the reality of your beautiful moment of becoming one.
