We had to rent chargers and napkins last minute due to some unforeseen changes at our venue....Laurie Bateman was fantastic! She got me everything I needed quickly and made the whole process simple and easy! She made sure to show me options etc just to make sure all the bases were covered and to actively appeal to my needs regardless of sales. Laurie genuinely love weddings and builds amazing rapport with her customers where they feel cared about as people, not just customers....a very nice touch for a business to have. I also really appreciated the company as a whole for giving me all the information I needed on the phone prior to my visit, whereas many other places I called beat around the bush just to get you in the store. An overall great experience and vendor I would (and have) recommend to anyone!
