Marni is AMAZING!!! She did my engagement photos, bridal portraits, and day-of photography. I couldn't have been more pleased with the images and the moments she was able to capture! Looking at my wedding photos was like reliving the entire day. She has an amazing eye and is so much fun to work with!

Marni was an absolute dream to work with. She went above and beyond what we ever could have imagined. Our wedding photos perfectly capture our day, and each photo is so beautiful—it's hard to pick favorites. We would highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a wedding photographer. She was able to get all the photos we wanted and more, and we were able to make it to our cocktail hour quickly so that we/our guests did not feel like we missed anything. Each one of Marni's photos is a work of art. We loved that she shot with film and digital. We will treasure our wedding photos for the rest of our lives! :)

I'm writing this review for Marni's photo album work. I first met Marni when she photographed my sisters 2010 Charleston wedding and got back in touch with her after I got married at home in New York last year. My sister got her wedding album through Marni and I knew I wanted mine to look just like hers! (Older sister envy never goes away!)

Since Marni didn't photograph my wedding we worked it out that I would electronically transfer all my photos and from there she would work on a layout. Marni made it super easy for me to see what our photo album would look like and was a trooper to deal with my emails listing out changes to be made. A perfectly done album is certainly a financial investment and Marni respected that! She was prompt to answer all of my questions regarding her different album types and paper options. When our album arrived after a super speed turn around I was floored! Looking at it brought tears to my eyes since it so beautifully captured our wedding. I'm so thankful I was able to use my wedding photos and have them displayed in such a keepsake album.

We could not have asked for a better photographer for our engagement and wedding pictures! One of the most important aspects of planning our wedding was to make sure we had a great photographer who would capture the day beautifully and give us wonderful lasting memories. We also wanted a photographer who was not trendy, but rather artistic and photojournalistic Marni was absolutely the best person for the job and gave us even more than we could have asked for! We took all our formal group portraits prior to the ceremony after our first look. Marni and her assistant made my husband's and my first look so special, and she moved through the group pictures so quickly that our family members even noticed and commented! Both photographers kept a low profile during the ceremony and the reception, but yet they managed to capture all the most special of the moments of the day absolutely BEAUTIFULLY. We are absolutely in love with our pictures, and we cannot thank Marni enough for giving us such precious memories to hold on to for the years to come.

I cannot say enough good things about Marni. Our photos are BEAUTIFUL. She was truly the best. I hired her for everything (engagement pics, bridal, rehearsal, and wedding), so we could get to know each other before the wedding day. She worked with us on what we wanted and has an amazing talent. She made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera, and it made the pictures that much better. Marni and her assistant were perfect during the ceremony and reception. Dressed professionally and were not distractions throughout the night. I cannot wait to have her capture more milestones in our life.

Having been shown Marni's work by our wedding planner, we felt that her style was what we were looking for: informal, capture-the-moment, reportorial-- but beautiful; after meeting her we were confident she shared our sensibilities. Marni (and her second shooter) were prompt, efficient, worked quickly, effectively, unobtrusively and produced great results. Without much help from us, she saw to it that essentially all family and close friends were represented, and was careful to include the option of formal posed shots for us even though we initially said we thought we'd skip them. (We're glad we didn't skip them.) Many of our guests spontaneously commented on her style and professionalism. The photos ended up being GORGEOUS and we tend to be quite critical of photographs in general, but especially ones of us! We could not be more pleased with the pictures, as we feel that we can relive those fleeting, beautiful moments over and over again and share them with all of our loved ones forever. Thank you Marni!!!
