Teresa is AMAZING!!! Not only did she prepare and serve the most delicious meal we could have hoped for - and all the guests raved about, but she went above and beyond. When rain threatened our outdoor wedding, she sprang into action, offering ideas for indoor venues and even called a few of her contacts. She is just the sweetest. Oh, and the food was AH-MAZING!

We had them cater our wedding reception. I had seen them at the Manatee County Convention Center for a Bridal Expo. They traveled to New Port Richey for our reception. I met with Teresa about a month before the wedding to get a sample of her chicken Marsala. She gave me enough food for my entire family to eat dinner & have seconds, including salad & bread.

Her tables at our reception were beautifully decorated & the food was fabulous. Her portion sizes are GREAT.

We had rented a peculator from our tent vendor & didn't have the directions handy to use it. We asked if she knew hot to and of course she did. She made coffee for us with out missing a step. Pretty awesome to do, especially when it dawned on me that she offers a coffee service on her site. She didn't charge us or give us a hard time about it,she just did it. Now I that I think about it I feel like a bit stupid that I didn't even think about beverages from a caterer and relieved that she helped us out!

She also worked with us for the food that I had made, in addition to the chicken marsala, salad, bread, butter, cheese-cracker-fruit plate that they provided.

Most caterers seem to be all or nothing when it comes to their services. You will not find this type of attitude with this vendor!
