My fiance and I got my engagement ring and our wedding bands as a custom design at Marks of design. I cannot say enough about the quality of service and quality of products. They sketched out a pic of our custom designs and gave us an honest price. We had previously went to and independent goldsmith and was asked our price range and then proceeded to give us a quote of our max price. Marks was half of what the other independent designer quoted us at. From the beginning to end of the engagement ring to wedding bands was a pleasurable experience. I would highly recommend them. They even sent us a cute Xmas ornament in December!!

Marks of Design and its staff are fantastic. My husband bought my engagement ring here and then we also purchased our wedding bands here. They do custom work and all the staff is very knowledgeable. Kate Marks is a top notch professional and is super accommodating. They worked with my husband when he was picking out my rings and then even helped me custom design a secondary wedding band to match his. Great people and great service and they occasionally have terrific sales. We will both be lifetime customers.

Kate Marks at Marks of design is great. She sat down with my husband and I and helped from my engagement ring, to our wedding bands. Some of the other employees aren't as skilled and knowledgeable as Kate, so I would highly recommend making an appointment to speak with Kate directly if interested in anything.

Kate at Mark's of Design was always helpful in the store. However, we got different quotes from different associates on my matching wedding band (My husband bought my engagement ring here), the actual was $1000 more than the estimate (we didn't end up getting that one). The one we ended up getting I found out I was allergic too a couple months later (my engagement ring is palladium and my wedding band is white gold) - regardless that I never wore it, they refused to give us our money back. When we bought it, we were told we were getting the "old gold price" when we called about a refund, she said she could give us store credit at whatever it was worth currently - as if it was worth less.
