Mark and Magda are both extremely talented and thoughtful people that were easy for us and our wedding planner to work with. We got our wedding photos back earlier this month, and they are better than we ever imagined they would be. Most of the photography they do is more natural, capturing moments throughout the day without you thinking about the fact there is a camera right there. That leaves you with beautiful, candid shots that, when you look at them, you can almost remember exactly what was happening. For portraits, Mark is exceptional at directing you on how to act/talk about things/think about things that takes away the fakeness that happens when you pose for photos. Both my husband and I are not photo takers, and we love every portrait that Mark gave us. They feel and look natural instead of staged.

As far as working with Mark and Magda, they are professional, kind, and thoughtful in what they do. We enjoyed working with them to organize our engagement photos, and our wedding planner had nothing but great things to say about them.

You need to go with Mark! He was our elopement photography AND one year later he was our party photography. He knows how to direct you and your significant other to feel comfortable in front of the lens. With his warmth and confidence you won't feel awkward posing! He encourages less of a stiff pose and more of just you having fun and being natural in front of the camera. This is what results in those amazing candid looking photos. Then when we hired him for our big group party he somehow blended in and was able to get the best candid pics of everyone dancing and having fun. The coloring he does on the pictures is beautiful and he manages to make everything look like a scene from a beautiful movie. Lastly his PROFESSIONALISM is amazing. If anything goes wrong or unexpected on your special day he does an amazing job at adapting and taking control of situations. I wouldn't go with anyone else to photograph a special occasion whether it be intimate or a large group. He's the best!

Absolutely amazing experience having Mark and Magda photograph us for our wedding. We talked multiple times before the big day, and knew we were in good hands. They were very professional shooting us and guiding us through the early part of our wedding day, and of course the photos are amazing! We’re so happy we chose Mark Trela and we will cherish these photos forever.
