Best second wedding dresses
If you are looking for a change out dress or a dress for a destination wedding or even something more classic this is the spot! I was excited from the moment I walked in and Hermy (one of the workers) helped me and picked out some dresses she thought I would like. She did so great the second one I put on I knew it was perfect! thanks so much Mario Pucci!

I was very Impressed with the customer service at Mario Pucci, I came to them knowing the dress I wanted and they in a very timely matter assisted me with sizing and ordering of my dream wedding dress.

Disgraceful customer service
I am not prone to writing reviews but I must tell you about the HORRIBLE customer service that this store exhibits. I bought a black Terani Couture evening gown for my son's wedding. I lost a lot of weight and took the dress to my seamstress and she said it would cost more to alter than the actual purchase price of this gown. I called the store and asked if I could exchange the dress for the exact same dress in a smaller size. I was told in a
rude tone of voice that they do not take returns or exchanges . I said I couldn't understand if it was the same dress.. I had not worn the original dress - it still has the tags on it. It makes no sense because that specific dress is still being sold in fancy stores (it had not been discontinued) and in fact, was selling for a higher price than I bought it. If they took back my larger dress, they could sell it in no time for an even higher price than I bought it. The answer was a firm no with no flexibility. And both people I spoke with, Carol and Hermine were rude and would not listen to reason. I will never shop at Mario Pucci again. I lost over $400 for no rational reason.

Rude, insensitive & poor customer service. Nice dresses but not worth the unprofessionalism
RUDE, INSENSITIVE & POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. NICE DRESSES BUT NOT WORTH THE UNPROFESSIONALISM
My daughter bought a beautiful pageant dress. The lady who assisted us was incredible. From the first fitting before we purchased the zipper kept getting stuck. I believe it was an older dress, nonetheless we bought it. We came back as advised 3 weeks later to hem as the dresses are made very ping to accommodate alterations.
Due to COVID19 her competition kept being moved. My daughter stayed the same size 2 but we would have her to try the dress each time we got a notice that the pageant was on. It was concerning because the zipper always got stuck at the same place. My daughter's competition is next month finally as COVID-19 restrictions have relaxed. We called the store and requested to speak to the Owner to request they replace the Zipper as the dress with alterations came up to $800. CAROL who answered the phone was so RUDE and DISMISSED my request. I am on the way to a seamstress to pay for the zipper replacement. I doubt I will get a return call from FRANCINE, the owner based on the brusque treatment from CAROL.
I would try CAMILLE LA VIE which is where we have since bought 4 other Pageant dresses with excellent customer service.

Unprofessional .
All the ladies who work there treated me badly, didn't show the dresses that are separated in a space behind, and seem to be racist.

Not honest
They do have nice dresses but unfortunatley the sales ladies do not let you look.
I wanted to take my time looking for the dress but the sale lady pushed me to try what she wants and the problem her taste is not the same as mine.
More than that, she lied to me, while i was trying my dress, i asked the sales lady if the alteration can be done without touching the bottom of the dress , she said no problem, everything was no problem for her,i asked her how much the alteration, she said 150US, once i paid for it, she wrote final sale, then the lady who adjust the dress came and told me that she has to cut the bottom of the dress and that will costme 276US.
DO NOT BELEIVE THE SALES LADIES, they are not honest .
More than this, the zipper was not working well, i asked her to fix it she said okay when i came back to take the dress the zipper was as is, and because she it s final sale ( new collection and final sale, this is not fair ) i cannot say a word.
Basicaly it costs me almost 1000 usd . When i came to Montreal i saw that we have the dress her, cheaper and sales person are more friendly and honest.

BUYER BEWARE~~ Do your homework before you spend your money. This store sews designer labels into knock off dresses. They then try to pass the fake dresses off at designer prices. This is a very unethical situation and sad for those who think they are getting a real designer dress not a knockoff.
