Portraits by Mario is a family oriented business. Mario is a delight to be around! He makes you feel like you've always been a part of his family. He has a fabulous personality as well as quality photographs. He has such a creative knack and uses it to his ability. Mario will create wonderful memories that last forever! He showed such a personal interest in our day and really made it a great success! Our pictures and wedding album came out perfect and we couldn't ask for anything better!

Mario photographed our wedding in June of 2008, and did an AMAZING job. I knew from reviewing his portfolio that he was a talented, artistic photographer (which was reinforced by the opinion of a good friend of mine who is a portrait photographer), but it was the personal service he provided that really cemented my choice of Mario as the right photographer for our wedding.

From the initial consultation, I could see that Mario took real pride and interest customizing his photographic style to our needs and wants. He attentively listened to our desires and delivered the mix of classic portraits and photojournalistic shots that my husband and I wanted to capture our day. My husband and I also wanted a very specific type of wedding album (more on the old fashioned, classics style). Although this was not one that Mario's clients typically requested, Mario found exactly the type of album we were interested in & produced it for us.

On the day of the wedding Mario struck a nice balance between exhibiting the necessary leadership to direct and capture all of our portrait/classic shots, while at other times being unobtrusive when capturing candids. Mario's personality was also very easygoing & friendly, and he was able to create a good rapport with our families, the bridal party & the guests.

Soon after the wedding, Mario provided more proofs than I ever could have imagined. He captured so many wonderful & interesting photographs, that it was a real pleasure to prepare our wedding album. His photos had a nice variety to them, and I was impressed with how they captured the beauty of our location, the emotions we were feeling -- and overall, just the essence of our wedding day.
