It was great working with Ashley and her team. Everyone was professional and got all of the pictures we wanted. When I wasn’t feeling well the morning of the wedding- the team helped calm me down and relax!

Ashley was an absolute dream for our wedding photographer! From the moment we met her, she made us feel completely at ease — especially because we are NOT naturals posing for pictures. Neither my husband nor I are super comfortable in front of the camera, but Ashley helped us feel so much more at ease and prepared by doing our engagement shoot, so we felt much more confident on our wedding day!

It really felt like she was one of my longtime friends helping calm my nerves all day. The photos she took are absolutely stunning and we will treasure them forever.

Where do we begin?? Ashley photographed our wedding in September 2023 and completely knocked it out of the park! Her professionalism, graciousness, and attention to detail are unmatched. Working with her throughout the planning process was so easy and comfortable. Her second photographer that day, Adam, made my husband and his guys feel so natural. Ashley Mac Photography is phenomenal! My wife and I got married at the Chapel at Sandy Hook in Central NJ and we were looking for someone that was familiar with the area. Our wedding planner helped us connect with Ashley and the variation of packages available were perfect for what we were looking for. Ashley and her team were extremely professional and an absolute pleasure to work with. The team was extremely organized and knew exactly what pictures needed to be taken and wasted no time in getting some great shots. We had a picturesque day for our wedding and Ashley and her team captured every moment. I would absolutely recommend Ashley Mac for anyone looking for a wedding photographer.

I don't even know where to begin with Ashley! She was able to squeeze our wedding in with very little notice and absolutely killed it with the photos! We didn't have the easiest wedding - with our ceremony and reception venues about 45 minutes apart from each other, but Ashley and her associate photographer were amazing at communicating, getting all our ceremony/family shots done and heading straight to the venue so we could get all the photos we wanted done there too. My husband and I have never taken professional photos together but Ashley made us feel so at ease and made the experience fun. My detail shots and flat lays were out of this world gorgeous and overall I am so grateful to her and her team for capturing our special day so beautifully. I would highly recommend Ashley for anyone getting married!!!

Ashley was recommended to us by a family friend, and once we looked at her photos, I knew we had to meet with her. From the moment my (now) husband and I first met Ashley, we instantly felt at ease and comfortable. She answered all of our (many) questions in detail and we knew without a doubt after our first meeting that we wanted her has our wedding photographer.

Leading up to our wedding day (in May 2019), she was always quick to respond whenever I had a question or thought and was extremely organized and prepared, which I greatly appreciated. She is very professional but also very easy to work with. She made sure we were all on the same page with timeline and what photos we wanted captured on that day, so there was no tension or uncertainty on our wedding day. And we couldn’t have been happier with how the day went. :)

We received our sneak peek just 5 days after our wedding and were absolutely blown away! The photos are beautiful and even more amazing than we’d ever imagined. She captured our day so perfectly, and we are so thankful to Ashley. We received all of our wedding photos 6 weeks after our wedding and were just as happy! The amount of detail that went into each and every photo is a testament to how passionate Ashley is for her work. We hope to have the opportunity to work with Ashley again in the future. We cannot recommend Ashley enough!

I was completely lost when I started wedding planning. I had no idea what I wanted or where to begin looking for it. That's one of the reasons I gave myself two and a half years to figure it out! Once I booked my venue though they provided me with a preferred vendor list and when it came to finding a photographer that's where I started. I knew that I wanted a photographer with a natural, light style. We met with two other companies, but once we sat down with Ashley we were immediately hooked! Her online portfolio had drawn us in but her welcoming personality, professionalism, and genuine interest in our love story sealed the deal.

We started with an engagement session the summer before our wedding. Not only did Ashley drive down to the Jersey shore to take our pictures, but she made us feel completely comfortable throughout the whole session. My husband is even camera shy and by the end of the session he told me he felt like a model. She knew exactly what to say to get us to have the best look or have the best poses, both formal and candid, to get the best pictures. Not to mention she made it look like we were on a tropical island instead of the Jersey shore. We were only reaffirmed that we had made the right decision.

In the months to come Ashley kept in touch and made sure everything was set up and no detail was left uncovered for the big day. That afternoon Ashley came to our hotel to shoot the bridesmaids and I as were just finishing getting ready and her partner went to shoot my husband and the groomsmen. Those getting ready photos are some of my favorite shots! They are so artistic and personal. She had such clear shots of our rings and then incorporated my other jewelry, flowers, and engagement Crystal Disney slipper and button!

Looking back over the rest of the day's photos have been such a wonderful experience. I was surprised to see so many since I never saw or noticed her taking photos. It was like she was a ghost capturing all the perfect moments but not interrupting them! From the ceremony, to the formal family portraits, to the party dance moves, Ashley and her partner got every moment I wanted to now have to look back on forever. I usually have to have tissues on had as they make me cry with tears of joy. As do most of my family and friends when I share the photos with them too! Those moments were priceless and now thanks to Ashley we have them forever in our photos.

Hiring Ashley was one of the best things we did for our wedding day. Ashley and her second shooter Cassady were amazing! They were so much fun to be around and captured the vibe of our wedding perfectly. Ashley was efficient and organized, making group photos a breeze. We could not be happier with the way our photos turned out, we are so lucky to have found her!

Ashley’s work is absolutely stunning. We still have people raving over our wedding photos! Her attention to detail and kind demeanor made working with her an absolute pleasure. We will use Ashley for all our photography needs in the future.
