Marcou Jewelers have three locations. I chose the Waltham location because of convenience and because it was their Flagship store. They have been in business for 50 years and are extremely reliable.

I wanted to do something unique, so I took my mother's and grandmother's rings into the store and asked them to design a wedding ring for me. I gave them a general idea of what I wanted and they gave me more than I asked.

I have many compliments on my ring and it is more special because of the sentiment. One of the owners had it appraised for me and I was surprised how valuable it is.

The cost was extremely reasonable and I knew I could trust these people. They all grew up working in the family business, so their knowledge really shows through. In a box store you can hire a jeweler with little experience. These folks have a lifetime of experience.

They have stores in Waltham, Belmont and Watertown Mall. You will be surprised at their inventory (new and estate), knowledge, quality and prices.

I bought my wife's engagement ring and both our wedding bands from Marcou's in Medford, MA (at the meadow glen mall). The owner Randy is a great guy, honest and easy to deal with. Because we had so long before the wedding, we needed our bands resized twice, and on both occasions the turn around time was quick. Unlike some large chains, they can really provide unique choices and make sure you get what you want. We'll be going there for years!
