Carlos at Marcott Studios is a class act. Due to going over budget (on MANY things, lol) , we were unable to book the package from Marcott that we were initially hoping to book. Carlos treated us like a VIP client regardless and was in contact with us throughout the entire process from booking him, right up to the wedding day. He was an absolute pleasure to do business with, and bent over backwards to make himself available for us even after I had given him incorrect times for our wedding day that caused him to be double booked. He could have easily excused himself from his duties after being given bad info, but instead worked tirelessly to arrange to be there for us on our big day. We will never forget the effort he put in, as well as how easy going and cooperative he was throughout our whole experience. If we ever need a videographer in the future, Carlos will absolutely be the first one we call. We spent a great deal of time with him throughout our day and he was personable, made us feel comfortable and felt like we had known him for years!

The photo booth was wonderful. Everyone in my party had a fantastic time dressing up and taking pictures that created lasting memories. There were so many props to chose from!
