I've been a wedding photographer for 28 years now, and I feel so incredibly honored that over 1000 couples have chosen me to do what I love best. Being a part of an amazing wedding day, filled with so much love and laughter, makes me appreciate how lucky I am to be a wedding photographer here in New Orleans. My approach to wedding photography is imbued with a sense of creative storytelling. I'm a huge fan of Ansel Adams and his concept of previsualization. With 28 years of experience, I'm able to see the image before I press the shutter button, and I know that when I do, it's going to be exactly as I saw it in my head. That allows me to focus on being in the moment with every couple I shoot, while creating images that are full of emotion and beauty. As for pricing, I want you to get exactly the wedding photography collection you need, so I offer two types of wedding photography pricing options: custom pricing or one of our 3 all-inclusive, well-equipped collections. All wedding photography collections include an unlimited number of images, the high resolution digital files, and an online gallery where you can share your wedding photography with friends and family, and on social media. The all-inclusve collections also include an album or albums, prints, etc. I started my photography career in Chicago (I shot my first wedding in 1997), and moved to New Orleans in 2003. I LOVE the amazing food, live music, cocktails, and unique culture in the Northernmost Caribbean city (aka New Orleans). I've been a musician since I was 7 years old, and was a Music Therapist, working with kids, for 8 years before I became a full time photographer. I still play music around New Orleans when I can and host the Vinyl Wino Salon Series and Tasting Tuesdays in the Treme. When I'm not shooting weddings, I'm shooting adventure travel images around the world. I've been to Mount Everest twice and have climbed some of the biggest mountains in the word over the last 23 years (check out www.marcpagani.com for some fun pics). My book about travel photography was published in 2012. Some of the accolades I'm proud of: I was named one of the Top-10 Wedding Photojournalist worldwide by the Artistic Guild of the Wedding Photojournalists Association, and was again listed in the Top-50 the following year. Theknot.com has named me a "Best of Weddings" winner several years in a row, and weddingwire.com named me a "Bride's Choice" (awarded to the top 5% of photographers nationwide).
