My experience with chef Greg are many. He catered my wedding, my daughters wedding and recently my daughters baby shower. Everything he makes is healthy, tasty and delicious. He's extremely versatile in making so many creative dishes. Highly recommend him to do your next event.

Mangroves did a phenomenal job catering our wedding! The food was SO delicious, and the presentation of the dishes was beautiful. We loved that we could customize everything on our menu - Chef Greg helped come up with some really unique, creative ideas. The guests enjoyed the food so much that he got a standing ovation!! The entire process with Mangroves was easy and stress free, which is what every bride/groom wants on their big day. Best food and catering company we have ever come across, would definitely recommend!!!

I cannot say enough great things about Mangroves catering. The food was AMAZING and unique, it was very affordable, and the owner, Greg, was an absolute pleasure to work with. Since almost all of our guests were coming from out of state, we had a Florida-themed wedding, and wanted some "Floribbean" food to go with it. We got pulled pork w/ Caribbean gold sauces, blackened mahi with fruit salsa, black beans and rice, roasted veggies, Caribbean slaw, and tortillas and rolls to make tacos or sandwiches. This menu was only $17/person! Everyone loved the food and it was definitely memorable compared to most wedding food! We also had a TON leftover! Some is still in our freezer! Greg welcomes you to stop by and he'll make you a little plate to try it out - upon that moment we were SOLD. His homemade sauces are heavenly.

Mangroves also provided bartenders for our event, which were only $15/hour, MUCH more affordable than anywhere else. They also let us provide both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, which was a huge money-saver and allowed us to be creative. I will admit that I was hesitant about Mangroves at first since there were no reviews on WW and the owner is very laid-back, but everything turned out perfectly. Greg is very kind, truly cares about food, and local and organic is important to him, as it is to us, so it was a great fit. I would absolutely recommend Mangroves catering if you are looking for unique, DELICIOUS food for your wedding at a surprisingly affordable price.
