We had Mandon Productions do our wedding video and we couldn't be happier with the results. Joel and Carla were very easy to work with. They did an awesome job. We've asked for a couple of additional items from them and no problem. We kinda told them last minute we were doing a flash mob at our wedding and no problem. They covered and captured it all, no issues with the late notice of this. We were very happy. They are very affordable and we would recommend them to anyone.

I give Mandon Productions the highest recommendation I can give a company... I made a giant bride boo boo and Joel came to the rescue! He was my lifesaver and my superman! Joel and Carla are a first class team... They both captured our wedding from beginning to end! I cannont say enough how amazing these two are. If you need a videographer call them!!!!! I wish I could give them higher than a 5 because that's how good they are!

Joel and his crew are unbelievable!!! I am totally satisfied with their work and cooperation! I can not wait to see my pictures and video :)

Our experience with the Mandon team of professionals was outstanding! They made certain that all of our special moments were caught and some we didn't even know we were missing while visiting with our guests. We really appreciated the excellent work.

Earlier this year my wife and I met Joel of Mandon Productions at a Bridal show and decided
to use their photo/video services based on cost. Below is our experience expressed in pros
and cons.

Pros:
**Free in home consultation
**Their 30 years experience manifested itself through questions they asked that we likely would't have considered
**Very flexible, accommodating, punctual and giving of their time on the wedding day
**Worked very hard on our wedding day
**Good overall product value for price. Lots of photos, lengthy video coverage, included thank you cards and all shipping cost gratis

Cons:
**Very poor communication. Clearly not email savvy, issues with answering machine, and very slow to respond in general. 95% of our communication I had to initiate.
**Many off centered photos, arms cut out etc. None of our guests felt the photos reflected skill
**Tripod not used at any time for video, camera was held at all times making for a very shaky video
**Unacceptably long wait to receive photos and video. Carla went to see their kids so the customer waits...Of course this isn't disclosed until after they have all our money
**Non working website to for guests to purchase photos.

Note: With the exception of our wedding day and one email after, all our dealings were with Joel. From what interaction we had with Carla she was great. Overall this was the only vendor I was nervous about the whole time. I would neither use them again nor recommend them.

We hired Joel from Mandon Productions for our wedding for June 9, 2018. When speaki g to Joel over the phone he was so sweet and asked questions that i didn't even think would be important via his questionnaire as well as over the phone. Some questions to me didn't seem important to answer but somehow they were so he made sure those questions were answered. The day if the wedding came which he met me at my cousins house for her to g ready pictures. I told Joel in the morning that im going to be nervous because of all eyes on me and he make jokes to make me laugh and what not. I didnt know at that time it was a mistake. At first his jokes were funny but then through out the day the jokes kept getting more and more distasteful. Everything under the sun from telling my other cousin she should put on a swim suit and go tan or something like that to kicking on my husbands hotel room door saying he has a warrant for his arrest and telling my other cousins husband "looks like you're getting laid tonight" when my cousin got up to dance and was hyper. Not only was that bad, but he kept rushing us for photos at the hotel and after the ceremony which my mom was next to him when he yelled at us to come back down the hill when we weren't even half way up it. Before the ceremony he yelled at my husband to stop chewing gum when he wasn't in the first place he was upset that his deceased mother couldn't be there for his big day so he was moving his jaw (its something we both do when we're upset). A couple weeks later I receive my photos on a flash drive and as im looking at them (on a laptop) there were so many photos that were washed out from the huge flash Joel was using. I looked like a ghost in most of the hotel room photos. As a professional photographer for 30+ years he should have known the flash was going to wash us out being inside. I was also told he was caught drinking during the reception by multiple guests.

We were looking to keep some costs low and Joel was recommended to us by the information packet our venue gave us with suggestions. I should have know that a package this low would come with a person that claims 30+ years in the business, but makes ameteur mistakes. Thank god my husband and I did a first look (something Joel told us was not a good idea) because if not the first thing we would have seen was Joel- standing in the middle of the aisle blocking our view. The video of our ceremony entrances is awkward because he thought the best placement was in the middle of the aisle and not at the end where you could get a full view of the entrance and not be in the way... while doing our first dance and parent dances he zoomed in on our top halves so we do not have a full shot of how we looked, the same went for him zooming in on our maid of honor and best man during speeches- not capturing us at all reacting to their speeches. I was very disappointed in the quality of the video, but I guess we got what we paid for. The contract said 3-4 weeks for delivery of our videos- it took 10 weeks with numerous emails requesting our product. In all it took 4 months to get our final product after lack of communication and lots of mistakes that I demanded be corrected before I would accept the final product.

Absolutely horrible! I had my wedding 11/18/17 I hired them for my videography and photography. Mostly I worked with Joel, him along with his partner were polite and I looked forward to seeing the pictures and video when they got sent to me, the day came and I looked thru the pictures all 1,400 of them and there were maybe 6 nice ones out of all of them. Angles were of center, exit signs and ceiling were photographed, wet floor signs next to me and my husband being photographed, photo taken inside of limo with a puffy light blue jacket next to us that I never noticed while picture was taken...just absolutely terrible. As professional photographers that's stuff they should look for and I would of rather had 200 nice pictures rather than 1,594 terrible ones. As far as the video I received it was a picture slideshow I was bugging out pissed so bad it ruined my entire week. I had hoped to frame some of these poctures and have them around my home and I'm to embarrassed to even show them to people. I paid almost 30 grand for my entire wedding just to get crappy pictures of the entire experience of it.

I would not recommend this photographer. It was a nightmare and I can't get that day back again. We had photography and videography done with Mandon. Joel (the owner) called us 2 weeks before the wedding to tell us he had to do another wedding so he would have someone else helping out and we paid for 2 videographers. He had his daughter do it and everything she videoed because later on found out shes not professional and everything she filmed was all messed up. It states on the paperwork he wouldn't do more than 1 wedding a day. Greedy for money he is! This all started when we received the video and it came out looking like old cable with all the white and black fuzziness in it...mind you we paid $1000's for this. We complained and he made us a new one and covered it up with huge borders on it and took out very important scenes including of me and my husband and its our wedding video. We still complained and wanted our money back. Joel was unprofessional and rude to us. In the end we had ti take him to court and got the second videographer cost back but I will never get a nice video because I can't get that day back again! Also the photographer wasn't that great peoples eyes are all closed and we had to tell him what to do for poses. Terrible company! Save your money and go elswhere!

If you want professional pictures and service do not use Joel from Mandon Productions. His unprofessional and rude behavior at the reception was as unprofessional as you can get. His behavior to myself and my guests was unacceptable. And the icing on the cake was the pictures of the ceiling, exit signs, backs of heads and people eating. There was not one of me and my husband that was useable. Needless to say it was a horrible choice to use Joel. I don't want anyone to endure what I did with my wedding photos.
