I have had great events and on time deliverys when using this company for my events. Elias, Is great and is willing to work with you until the day of the event. His team is also very ncie and works effectively to provide you the best service for your event needs. I do recommend visting the showroom for customized ideas and to speak to a coordinator. I am planning my wedding with him and the team and I have no complaints. I have always been attended very professional and have been given pictures and tours of what I am looking for my wedding day.

I booked them for my wedding, i paid extra for a DJ who will also be an MC. The day of my wedding, i walked in to my venue to find a DJ who only spoke spanish so no MC services. I had to take over the mic and announce everything, such as the bouquet toss, cake, etc. Then they were not there to break down and the place was closing. I got the run around about how the truck was stolen and couldnt get there in time. We had to break everything down ourselves, i was promised a refund and it has been more than 30 days and now i dont get a call back, no one answers my calls or emails. Sometimes i call and someone picks up and hangs up on me. Day of event no one asked me to go over to review the decorations, tried to get a hold of the person i delt with and he was not even there at all, not even through the phone, i had to have someone else as a middle person who would answer the only phone number i had and she would call him at his cell phone and then get back to me. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL for big events such as a wedding.
