Bought a necklace at Kinsley James by this vendor. I liked it; thought it was quite lovely. However- it was overpriced, there were some things about it that rendered it unusable, and worst of all, these purchases are non-returnable. When I couldn't find a pair of earrings to match, it meant $300 down the drain. :'( Impossible to contact, as Kinsley James doesn't provide a contact. No website, number, nor other form of communication/information was listed on the item packaging, either. For a 'local artist,' I have to say that their work was pretty but the materials were so-so (cubic zirconia, not real diamonds), the workmanship questionable (the clasp is super loose and keeps opening on its own), and the purchase was nonrefundable, so the risk is real. Been experiencing serious buyer's remorse after this purchase. :(
