First off, I want to start by saying that we had hired Maddy 4 months before our wedding because we had fired our photographer. That was the best decision of this wedding. Meeting with Maddy, I was really skiddish based on my last experience. After talking with her for maybe 5 minutes I knew I had found my replacement. Maddy is such an amazing person and photographer. She is so personable, sweet and obviously has a passion for what she does. We worked so well together bouncing ideas off of each other and really getting everything I wanted from my wedding photographer. She has an amazing eye and every picture I have seen of my bridals and of my wedding up until this point has been nothing but perfection. We have gotten so many compliments of the photos she has taken and I couldn't be any happier. I just can't wait until I see them all!

When planning our wedding, we thought about what the most important things would be. We knew pictures would be something that would last a lifetime. Even after memories fade, they would still be there. Choosing Madlyn as our photographer was such a wonderful decision. She is so easy to work with and makes you feel comfortable even if picture taking doesn't come natural to you. A tip for future brides: Make sure to get individual bridal portraits. I loved my session and it gave me extra time on my wedding day to get shots of my husband and I and our families. I can't wait for the next big milestone to have more pictures taken by Madlyn!

As I planned for the biggest day of my life, I knew I couldn't stop searching for a photographer until I found the 'just right' artist! Having a father as a professional photographer seemed helpful at the time throughout my search, but it only set the bar higher. While browsing the web for what seemed an eternity, I finally ran across the beautiful website of THE Madlyn Segari. My fiance and I were blown away by each and every one of her photos, we just knew she was meant to be the one who captured our first day of our forever. From our first contact to our last meeting before the wedding, Maddy was always extremely professional, informative, understanding, and more importantly, caring. LOOK NO FURTHER! You WON'T be disappointed! My fiance and I recently moved to Houston from out of state and wanted to have our engagement photos taken here to reflect our new life here together. After hours and hours of research on wedding photography websites and hundreds of email inquiries, I received an email from Maddy that really stood out to me. It was very personable compared to what I had gotten from everyone else, and the price was much more reasonable....that made me happy :) Within an hour of her email, I got a phone call from her to get a feel for me and to determine what I was looking for. Her enthusiasm made me feel very confident that she was dedicated to her work. She asked me what I had in mind, I told her something kinda rustic... so she suggested going to Montgomery. I had never been there, but I trusted her opinion and I am SO glad I did. Our pictures are AMAZING!!!!! They came out exactly how I wanted. A few hours after our shoot she had already posted some "teasers" to her blog and also on Facebook. I was so pleased to work with Maddy. Her consistency was great, she always quickly responded to my emails/phone calls... I was never left feeling like she didn't care. She's truly a one of a kind, genuine person. My wedding was very last minute, and I needed photos on the beach in Galveston...on a budget. Madlyn provided amazing photography, and she was able to do it on a week's notice. She captured every sweet moment of my wedding and took photos that look like artwork, not just typical portraits. She did a great job. My husband and I were 100% satisfied with her work and with our memories that she captured. Thanks Madlyn!
