We used M&M Limousine for our bridal party transportation on our wedding day. M&M provided the most competitive quote for what we were looking for. They also had a very easy to use online reservation system and very helpful customer service representatives that answered all of my questions. I received a text the morning of our wedding with the driver’s name and phone number so I could contact him directly if any of our plans changed. The driver arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgeable about how to get around downtown Chicago. We were able to play music and enjoy the best day of our lives stress free thanks in part to the team at M&M. Definitely would use their services again if I ever need it!

We reserved M&M 32 person bus for basically the whole day. Despite some delay in initial response, communications between my planner and the company went smoothly. They also had the best rates per hour out of the 5 companies I requested rates from. On the day of, the driver was extremely punctual despite the crazy Memorial Day traffic in downtown Chicago and Lake Shore Drive. Our driver was dressed professionally, cordial, and cool and collected. The bus was as pictured on their website - very clean and comfortable. There was even space for my photographer’s and videographer’s equipment in a storage area in the back. My driver even helped pick up my grandmother and children after the ceremony so that they could rest in the bus while we wrapped up family portraits. Great service!! I did not have to do much, which is always great for busy brides. Thank you for making my wedding day run so smoothly.

For the most part, we had a good experience. Affordable pricing, good customer service leading up, and we really liked the actual vehicles themselves. The only issue we had was some of the drivers were rude to our guests. Also, one of the buses went way out of the way. The hotel and venue were only 7 minutes apart and we heard after the wedding that one of the drivers took 20 minutes to get there and seemed confused and lost. We wish the day of customer service was better. Paying good money for transportation, which is such a key part of the day of coordination, I expected better.

This limo company came recommended to us by our day of coordinator and multiple other brides. Unfortunately, we were not overly impressed. Our day of coordinator had to make several corrections in the original order as they did not originally get the order down correctly. This was fixed by the day of the wedding. I will say that the transportation was all on time for pick up and drop off. The limos, towncars and shuttle bus were all very nice, clean, and well-kept. The main thing that drove me crazy is that the drivers did not seem to know where they were going despite having the addresses beforehand. If they can work on fixing the communication and mapping, I think they would have been great and received a higher rating.

Setting up the service was great. The representative was very helpful. When it came time for the event, it was not what we expected. The limo bus was not what it looked like on their website. It was definitely not worth the money. We should have gone to the location to pick out the limo bus. We just thought that for that amount of money it would have been a lot nicer like the other buses we've been on for other weddings. We tried to complain to the company, but the customer service person was very rude and not understanding.

We used M&M limousine service for our wedding (as well as transportation to a cubs game and rehearsal dinner). In the days leading up to the wedding one of the sales people kept giving us contradictory and confusing information, which made planning difficult and did not instill confidence. For the bridal party we had a wedding package limousine and everything went very well. The shuttles for our guests, however, were a completely different story. I was never told that I needed to pay for the shuttle bus in cash the day of the wedding, and had made it clear to the company that I would not be available to coordinate on the day of (since it was my wedding day!). The driver of the shuttle was rude to my guests and demanded payment before she would take them to the church! She did eventually take them but was late to the church and held up the ceremony. She then refused to shuttle passengers after the ceremony (before finally getting my parents involved which led to them missing some pictures). I wanted the bus to constantly shuttle between the reception and back to the hotel as guests wished to leave, which was apparently lost in communication with the company. M&M had the best deal around for the money, but I was extremely disappointed with their rudeness and lack of professionalism on the wedding day to the point of embarrassment. I would not recommend their services and would pay a higher price to avoid this company.

I scheduled this service for my upcoming wedding on 9/14 but after being advised by our wedding planners that they've had several bad experiences with M&M I decided to cancel and use a different provider.

I emailed a notice of cancellation to the same person that I emailed to make the reservation on 8/26 (he had previously told me that I could cancel up to 7 days before), and even sent a follow up email after not receiving a reply. M&M is now refusing to refund me because they are now saying I had to cancel by phone and they didn't receive my cancellation because that agent had left the company (no bounce back on the email to let me know it hadn't been received). M&M can see my email saying that I cancelled, but still won't offer a refund.

I guess our wedding planner was right!

I have only used M&M Limo services in the past and had great experiences, but my experience this weekend has changed my feelings. I will NEVER use them again for any event transportation or driving services!
I requested and had confirmation for a 22 passenger Limo bus but a 15 passenger old, dirty bus arrived and they would not send any thing else (This bus was actually farmed from them, and they used MANE transportation.)
I have waited patiently for a response from the company and NO ONE is calling me back or responding to my emails.

We had used MMLimo before and had a decent experience so I thought we'd try them again. My daughter called to schedule a party bus for her prom. Unbeknownst to us, her friend had also called and been told there was no party bus available. When my daughter called to schedule the party bus, they never specifically told her that there was no party bus available. They mentioned an SUV stretch limo which my daughter and I both thought was a party bus. On the night of the prom, a regular stretch limo shows up to transport my daughter and her friends. We were surprised and very unhappy! Stretch limos are very unsafe and when I spoke to the company prior to the prom I expressed that I had ordered a party bus because of the safety issues with a stretch limo and not one person mentioned that I was getting a stretch limo. I spoke with several people over the course of the week prior to prom. After the incident, I had to call the company every day for over a week to get some answers. They are terrible about returning calls. They even sent me the tapes of the conversations they had with my daughter and her friend. You can hear on the tape with her friend that no party bus was available, but they never explicitly told my daughter this. I asked them for 20% refund. They refused stating that no error was made on their part. That just isn't true! I will not be using this company again and urge others to avoid them as well. They were very stressful to deal with. I'm just relieved my daughter and her friends made it home in one piece.
