George at M. Lemp was such a pleasure to work with! At other stores, I felt rushed and pressured--like the sale was more important than finding something I liked. George was the complete opposite. He was patient, personable, and knowledgeable. I tried on a few engagement rings but hadn't found the right one yet when George suggested one I might like. He was absolutely right--I loved it, and it's the one I ended up getting. We were so pleased with our experience that we went back to M. Lemp to purchase wedding bands.

I am so pleased that we stumbled upon M. Lemp Jewelers! My husband and I were in Syracuse picking out suits for his groomsmen. We had some downtime so we googled jewelers and found we weren't too far from Lemp which had some positive reviews. Right when we walked in we felt welcome and comfortable. We were greeted and were lucky to work with the sales man that was friendly and honest! Not once did we feel pressured to buy out of our comfort zone or to consider styles we didn't like. They even took an old ring from my Mom (as well as my engagement ring) and shined it up for us while we looked around and tried on rings! We found two bands we both loved. After thinking over lunch we were thrilled to go back and order them! We were able to sign everything we needed and Lemp sent us the rings a few weeks later when they were finished!
