  George at M. Lemp was such a pleasure to work with! At other stores, I felt rushed and pressured--like the sale was more important than finding something I liked. George was the complete opposite. He was patient, personable, and knowledgeable. I tried on a few engagement rings but hadn't found the right one yet when George suggested one I might like. He was absolutely right--I loved it, and it's the one I ended up getting. We were so pleased with our experience that we went back to M. Lemp to purchase wedding bands.
  
  Every time I go to the store, the staff is friendly and professional. They always offer to clean my rings, free of charge. They have an amazing selection, and I really can't recommend them enough!

  My fiancé and I purchased my engagement ring together nearly 1 year ago and we returned to purchase our wedding bands. We worked with George on both occasions. He was kind, patient, and professional. I had selected my engagement ring online and once I saw it in person, I knew it was for me. They have a gorgeous selection of both classic and unique pieces. I already knew what wedding band I wanted, as George even took the time to make recommendations when we purchased my engagement ring, but my fiancé needed help. George educated him on the different metals, helping him choose a band that he will be happy to wear for the rest of his life. We are completely satisfied with our experience at Lemp and highly recommend them to anyone looking to make a jewelry purchase!

  I am so pleased that we stumbled upon M. Lemp Jewelers! My husband and I were in Syracuse picking out suits for his groomsmen. We had some downtime so we googled jewelers and found we weren't too far from Lemp which had some positive reviews. Right when we walked in we felt welcome and comfortable. We were greeted and were lucky to work with the sales man that was friendly and honest! Not once did we feel pressured to buy out of our comfort zone or to consider styles we didn't like. They even took an old ring from my Mom (as well as my engagement ring) and shined it up for us while we looked around and tried on rings! We found two bands we both loved. After thinking over lunch we were thrilled to go back and order them! We were able to sign everything we needed and Lemp sent us the rings a few weeks later when they were finished! Engraved, sparkly and exactly what we were hoping for, we couldn't have asked for better service or rings from one of the oldest jewelers in Syracuse! Thank you M. Lemp Jewelry.

We traveled up to Syracuse and met with George on many occasions to make sure that we made the perfect choice. He worked with us on price and payment and even cleaned and fixed my other ring at no charge. I cannot recommend them more, such a great experience! We will be getting all our future jewelry from them no matter the distance!
