Beth my contact at LW Transportation made everything simple. We rented two large buses, a shuttle bus and a town car. Guests were transported via two large buses from the hotel to the church and out to the reception and then back to the hotel. The shuttle transported the wedding party, parents and grandparents who stayed behind at the church for pictures. The town car picked up the bride and groom at the reception and drove back to hotel. All the buses were on time and ready to go early. Drivers were very pleasant and professional. Beth is a pleasure to work with.

We worked with Beth at LW Transportation and she was accommodating and easy to work with. We used motor coaches to transport our wedding guests from hotel to church (both in DC), to venue (in Maryland) and then back to hotel (one early run and then at the end of the evening for wedding party and remaining guests). They arrived early to the hotel so there no worries. The company is significantly more reasonable than others we contacted in the DC area. We would recommend LW Transportation.

LW Transportation was great! Beth, the coordinator, is really cute and funny. LW is also a lot more affordable than some other bigger limo/shuttle companies in the NOVA/DC area.

The shuttles were very clean, the shuttle drivers all showed up on time, and they were all good drivers and very friendly (and patient) with our guests. (Even the drunk, loud ones at the end of the night)

They were a huge part of our wedding day since there was no parking at our reception site. We relied on them to get our guests to and from our reception site. They came out a couple days ahead of time and did a site inspection to determine what they would need -- they brought out extra people to help guide the shuttles in and out of the property, and made our lives a lot easier.

When we decided to extend the party an extra two hours, they were completely fine with it and we were able to continue to rely on them throughout the night. We are so happy that we hired LW Transportation.

We used LW Transportation to transport guests from their hotels to our reception site and back. The bus was clean and prompt and the driver was very pleasant. The company is much more reasonable than others in the area. I would definitely use them again. Beth, who makes the arrangements, is very helpful and flexible.

Beth and the LW team are fabulous! I have used their larger coach buses for special events with my job and then reached out to them to help with my wedding. They have a great range of sizes for transport and are flexible with times and distances. They have a great knowledge of the travel schedules and helped us through the planning to make sure that everyone was able to have transportation to and from the hotel that needed it. They are great!

LW transportation has very competitive prices for the DC/MD/VA area especially during peak months (i.e. prom months, popular wedding months). We got married in May which happens to fall into both of those categories and were getting quoted outrageous prices for one 55-passenger bus for our guests to get them to and from the venue but thankfully my brother in law recommended LW and we were able to work with Beth to get a reasonable price! We did mess around with different options to see pricing differences (i.e. getting 2 passenger buses vs. 1, getting one larger and one smaller bus, etc.) and I did feel like the response times slowed down tremendously when we didn't just jump on the first quote that was sent over. We had voicemails and emails going unanswered for weeks which seemed a little unprofessional to me but again, they have very competitive pricing so it didn't deter us from hiring them. I'm so glad we did because the service was wonderful and the bus was always where it needed to be when it needed to be. I highly recommend looking into them for your wedding transportation needs!

These jerks canceled my groups trip to Richmond on the Friday leading up to our Monday trip. We were left to scramble to get all our group to Richmond on our own, no thanks to L.W. Transportation.
