Lauren is a makeup genius! First, she made me feel confident without being overdone. I do not typically wear makeup and she was able to keep it subtle and natural while still making me look amazing in the pictures. Most importantly, however, she made my daughter feel confident and beautiful. She is a beautiful girl to begin with but has troublesome teenage skin. Lauren covered the red and gave her a flawless complexion without making her look like she was wearing a lot of makeup. Our daughter kept looking at herself in the mirror and just saying, “wow”! Her makeup looked amazing before, during and after a party, that was almost non-stop dancing (in a very warm room), for four hours!!

Lauren was incredible for my daughters wedding. She made us all look so beautiful without packing on tons of makeup. For someone older she was able to hide my circles without making it stand out more. She has a great fun personality and made the day that much more enjoyable. We loved having her there and now will only use Lauren.

Lauren vena is the real deal. Lauren met with myself and my mother who is very picky about makeup and blew us away! Her talent and professionalism is like none other. She was incredibly truthful with telling us what works and doesn't. Once we booked her she followed up months to make sure our skin was hydrated, exfoliated and just helping answer and queations to put us at ease. On my wedding day Lauren was again amazing at her skill and time management. She made every single one of us including myself beautiful and the best we have ever looked. The makeup lasted all night and I shed a lot of tears so that was incredible. I will only go to Lauren for any special event!

Lauren did an amazing job on my makeup for my wedding. My makeup seriously never looked so good! I received so many compliments, especially on my eyes. Lauren is extremely professional, yet also has a way of making you feel very comfortable in her presence. She is very knowledgeable and passionate about what she does, and was a pleasure to work with on my wedding day.

Lauren did a fabulous job on my make-up for my wedding. She currently works at Nordstrom in Freehold Mall and also freelances for events. My sister, a hairstylist, has worked with her on salon photo shoots and highly recommended her.

I got my make-up trial at Nordstrom from her. That way, I could buy some of the products (lip liner, lipstick, powder to cut down on oiliness/shine) that I would need the day of the wedding. She also does make-up trials at home. I loved her work, so we continued with the plan for her to do my wedding make-up.

She did my make-up, as well as the make-up for my mom, my 87-year old grandma, and five bridesmaids (8 women total). She came at 7 a.m. to my house to set up and started 7:30 a.m. She spent about a half hour on each girl and did touch-ups near the end as needed. It was $85/girl.

I was skeptical about the staying power of the make-up because my family and I are criers and I knew there would be many tears. However, my make-up did stay all day - through some tears and a lot of dancing. She also showed me how to use my products that I bought to touch up my lips and skin as needed but I only did that once (after the ceremony and before photos) and my make-up still looked great all evening.

I recommend her - she was convenient because she came to the house and did an amazing job. I looked natural in photos but glowing and gorgeous. Wish I knew had to do my make-up like that all the time!

Lauren made me and all my girls look absolutely beautiful on my big day! We all received so many compliments on our makeup throughout the night. My makeup lasted for over 12 hours without hardly any touchups! She was on time, very responsive and personable. Highly, highly recommend going with Lauren for your special event!
