OH. MY. GOODNESS. I cannot rave enough about Love & Lupines!!! I just had my wedding two weeks ago and it was absolutely PERFECT. The single biggest jaw-dropping surprise of the entire wedding was the absolutely unbelievably stunning florals from Love & Lupines. They were the star of the show. So many guests said they were the most beautiful flowers they've ever seen.

Before two weeks ago, I was a person who thought it was silly to spend a lot of money on florals for my wedding, and from seeing florals at other weddings just didn't think they were important. I have never been so wrong. I have never seen flowers like these. And it must be noted that Love & Lupines was the more reasonably-priced florist that I considered - what we received from them was SUCH an incredibly good value for what we paid.

When I was standing at the ceremony of my own wedding, it was hard to focus on my husband standing in front of me because the flowers just behind him were so stunning and enchanting - I'm not exaggerating! I had asked Love & Lupines to optimize for blooms over volume on tables, and volume over blooms in the ceremony spaces - yet somehow even with what I paid them they still managed to create the most beautiful ceremony flowers I've ever seen in my life.

Moreover, they are local to Truckee (where we live) and source all of their flowers from local farms. Incredible that by supporting a local small business we got to have world-class florals that totally created the most beautiful visual experience imaginable. We are so grateful.

Love and Lupines did the florals for our wedding. They customized pieces that they had not done before and went above and beyond to create the most stunning, unique center pieces I could have imagined. We didn’t know exactly what we wanted for our wedding floral arrangements besides bright colors, but Alyssa and the team at Love and Lupines took our thoughts and created floral masterpieces which we are never going to forget. They took time and care encourage a design that matched vibe and atmosphere. The entire team at Love and Lupines are so kind and thoughtful, and the work they created stands for itself. We had the pleasure of spontaneously meeting the team after the wedding when we stopped by PCT coffee, and they took time to show us their studio where the magic is made. When the wedding was over, the flowers we did not save were donated back to local care facilities and hospitals. It is so neat to support a local team that gives back to their community, and we couldn’t recommend Love and Lupines more!

We worked closely with Alyssa from Love & Lupines for our wedding, and we couldn't have had a better experience! From start to finish, Alyssa was patient, kind, knowledgable, and dedicated to making sure our wedding florals were everything we hoped for. For being fairly new to the Love & Lupines team, I was constantly impressed by Alyssa. She contacted us early on in the process to go over our initial thoughts on the proposal, and she was endlessly patient as she answered all of our questions. I've never been good at color scheming / designing for events, and I didn't even have a great vision to explain or reference pictures for her. Still, somehow Alyssa READ MY MIND and knew exactly what I was going for! When the bouquets were brought in on my wedding day, I almost screamed with excitement: "that's exactly what I wanted!!" Alyssa even helped me to design the table layout of our venue, going above and beyond her calling as a florist. I was especially impressed with her ability to handle the difficult personalities in my family and find solutions that worked for everyone. She truly felt like not just a vendor but a friend - someone who would let me vent about the wedding planning process or run through a million different scenarios for the flowers over the phone. A week before the wedding I asked if we could change something, and although it wasn't possible, she did everything in her power to make it happen. Alyssa is a true gem and so is the entire team at Love & Lupines for bringing my floral dreams to life. Thank you L&L!!

The Love & Lupines team did an incredible job bringing my floral vision to life for my wedding. Would highly recommend them for your big day - we received so many compliments on our flowers throughout the evening!
