Their service was wonderful, timely, and their staff very helpful! We used this vendor for my engagement ring and our wedding rings. The men in my husband's family have been going to them for their engagement rings for years.

First of all, my husband asked me to marry him after a horrible wreck in the emergency room so he didn't exactly have a ring at the time. My mom had her old engagement ring and gave it to my husband to ask me again, the right way. He went down to Long Jewelers to get the ring resized in a white gold band and a wrap to go with the engagement ring that has two sapphires that rest on either side of the diamond. They took the worth of the old band out of the price to resize the ring. When the ring ended up being too small, I got my ring size wrong, they resized it for no charge and were happy to help.

When we went to pick out our rings we had a specific design in mind. We started checking out different jewelers to see if they had the Claddagh design. We found another jeweler that had the design in white gold that we wanted and decided to come back later to check them out again. Instead we decided to see if Long Jewelers had the design as well. They not only had the exact same thing, but could get us the rings for cheaper than the other store!

They were extraorindary and I would recommend them to anyone!
