Everything turned out great! We had some difficulties in the beginning trying to find somewhere high enough, and strong enough to hold my dress while she worked, but in the end it was beautiful. I wish she was local so she could do my dress cleaning and preservation based on other reviews, but we had a destination wedding at Walt Disney World. She was prompt and on time. Smooth sailing which is what a bride needs!

Lori is an absolute STAR! She ended up doing more outfits than planned and stayed back to do so which was way above and beyond the call and I just can't thank her enough. She truly saved the day.
Her professionalism and skills are second to none. My dress looked stunning both on the wedding day and the day after for the photo shoot. It had just been so well done that it held up to many times getting my "meringue" as my husband so kindly put it in and out of the car.
She's also such a lovely lovely person and so fascinating to talk to about all the interesting work she does.

Lori Loftis is amazing! She will do anything within her power to help make your wedding day perfect. She was the most flexible and economical. She even helped me on my wedding day steam 12 extra dresses because my bridesmaids showed up wrinkled. She helped me preserve my wedding dress and picked it up from my hotel the day after my wedding. She is fabulous and trustworthy!

Lori truly went above and beyond to help my bridal party! I hired her to steam my wedding dress and bridal party dresses, and she was so kind to help cut and attach a ribbon for the flower girl's dress, and she even found a layer in my wedding dress that was not completely hemmed. She went to her car to get safety pins and replaced the sewing pins with safety pins in the dress so the unfinished hem would stay. Lori was extremely friendly and really made sure that each dress was thoroughly steamed. She knew my makeup/hair stylists too who were working with us. She was quick to respond to my emails/questions and I would highly recommend her! Her dress steaming costs were more affordable too compared to another popular dress steamer.

Please use Loftis! They are amazing! My dress looked wonderful, she was on time, and the dress looks lovely in the preservation box. I loved that they shipped the cleaned and preserved dress to my home- and they even picked it up from the hotel. So easy for me- highly recommend this vendor.

Lori is very professional and she is so kind and flexible! I wouldn't doubt in recommended her. My dress and veil looked great for our wedding day! Her prices are very reasonable as well - just cleaning a dress in my hometown is $250 and I was able to get steaming, cleaning and gown preservation for almost the same price. Thank you!!
