Facilities and Capacity

Couples who choose to host their event with Loft Life Venue will have the choice of utilizing either 47 Edison Place, Newark. The space on Edison Place has 6,000 square feet and a capacity of 300 people. High ceilings assist in the lofty feeling held within its walls, and furniture is included in the rental. Inside, there is a bar, a step stage, and four bathrooms. This chic and clean environment is primed for hosting an elegant and industrial-themed occasion. Paid parking is available.

Services Offered

Loft Life Venue offers 2 free hours before every event which is used for setup. Two hour is also provided post-event for cleanup. Tables and chairs are provided, and outside furniture is allowed should the couple decide to throw in their own style. Caterers are able to bring food to the property and make use of the kitchenette as necessary. WiFi and air conditioning are both provided. With all the details accounted for, this venue is able to accommodate wedding events with confidence and exceptional service.

Other Services

There are various other rentals that can be taken advantage of with Loft Life Venue. Some of these items include white plastic folding chairs, round tables, rectangular tables, Bluetooth speakers, lighting, and a backdrop stand. Additional items can be ordered with a two-week notice. Throne chairs and sofas are also available in a selection of colors. These can range from white to black with either gold, black, white, or silver trimmings.
