Anne helped us plan the honeymoon of our dreams! We were blessed enough to visit Rosewood Mayakoba in Rivera Maya, Mexico and it was a week that was simply out of this world. From the food, the crystal blue beaches and lagoons, to the amazing staff who became our family... RWM quickly became our home away from home and a week we will never forget!

Anne did everything in her power to make sure this was a week where we could truly relax and enjoy one another. She listened to our wish list of things we had hoped to have and she made it a reality. The finally touches that she had assisted the resort with once we had arrived was truly the icing on the cake.

We typically book our own vacations when we travel, but with all the wedding planning, changing jobs/busy season at work, and traveling for work, I couldn't imagine adding in planning our honeymoon into the mix. My husband was so gracious to agree to go to Africa on our honeymoon, which has been a lifelong dream for me. We reached out to Anne at Live Life Travel, and got an immediate response which is so refreshing. She was actually preparing to go to Africa, and when she got back she had a bunch of great recommendations for us. We decided upon South Africa (Cape Town, Kruger National Park, and Johannesburg) and Zambia (Victoria Falls). As most couples getting married do, we had a budget that we wanted to stick to for our trip, and Anne worked hard to ensure we stayed with in it. She worked with an African agency to book our trip, and helped us change our flights when the airline switched up the dates/times (which was at no fault of Anne's-- the airline did it). We received our itinerary, intercontinental flight itineraries, and traveling tips in advance.

Now-- to the fun part, the actual experience. We had the most wonderful, perfect honeymoon. 99% of the vendors were amazing (we had one driver that drove wayyy too fast for our comfort, but even he seemed to be from a reputable company). The hotels were lovely, and it was so nice to have all of our ground transportation arranged for us. My bridesmaids wanted to treat my husband and I to dinner as a gift, so Anne even helped coordinate that for us. Each excursion was amazing, and I cannot express how much we loved our time in Africa.

We cannot wait to go back and have already started a "let's visit next" list. When we decide to return, we will most certainly work with Anne and Victoria again!

My husband and I used Anne Gordon with Live Life Travel for our wedding. I wanted to get married on a beach and we chose Little Palm Island in the Florida Keys. They had their own wedding planner who connected us with Anne for our honeymoon and travel needs. We immediately had a connection with Anne. She was so personable and felt like family! Unfortunately, before we could get to our wedding date, hurricane Irma destroyed Little Palm and a wedding there was no longer an option. Anne was a lifesaver. She offered to step in as wedding planner and help us find a new destination. She listened to what I wanted, what my dream scenario was, and found me the perfect place. She was very creative about it. I was looking for a beach, with privacy and safety. She found us a resort in Mexico that was gorgeous and reasonable and could accommodate all of our guests. They also had wedding services on site. Azul Beach Riviera Maya was perfect for our needs. They had a private Villa that was attached to the resort but that provided privacy that we were wanting. My husband and I stayed in the Villa while our guests stayed in the resort. Anne offered to book all the flights for all our guests. She set up private transportation for each guest from the airport to the resort and back so no one was nervous about being alone in Mexico. She also set up a really nice app for all the guests to use that showed all their travel and events for the weekend. It was a really nice touch. Anne planned an entire weekend of events for all the guests at the wedding. We had a welcome dinner the night everyone arrived followed by a bonfire and s'mores on the beach. She set up an excursion for everyone to Rio Secreto where we hiked and swam through a cave. A few of our guests were nervous about leaving the resort, but the planning and transportation Anne arranged was so flawless, that it alleviated all their fears. Anne also set up a sunset sail for the whole group. Sitting on a sail boat with all our friends and family, eating canapes and drinking cocktails, watching the sunset over the ocean was a dream come true. Anne came up with all of this! And then the wedding itself was perfect. On the beach, gorgeous decorations, perfectly executed. This was followed by a reception and party on the pool deck of the villa. It was perfect. Anne also set up a Pool Party the following day to celebrate the wedding. We had tons of giant pool floats, food, drinks, so much fun was had by all. And Anne was there every step of the way. She calmed me down every time there was an issue. When I couldn't get answers from the resort, she was immediately on the phone getting answers for me. She fought for me and had my back every step of the way. When the airline cancelled our flights and no longer offered flights to our destination, she told me not to worry and stayed on it till she found a solution. I will sing her praises till the day I die. She was absolutely the best and we will continue to use her for all our travel needs! Thank you Anne! You made our wedding absolutely perfect.

Anne was amazing to work with and we will definitely be using this company again! When planning our honeymoon my husband and I didn’t have our hearts set on any particular place. My wife met Anne at a wedding expo and then she took us to brunch to discuss our honeymoon plans. The 3 of us quickly hit it off and were quickly on our way to making our dream honeymoon vacation come true.

We told her we wanted over the water bungalows, beautiful oceanviews, and great food. She got us all that and more (including a complimentary private dinner on the beach and massages), and did it within a couple of days, within our budget, and in our desired part of the world as my wife doesn't like long distance flights. She coordinated the whole thing -- flights, transfers, etc. It was probably the best traveling planning experience I've ever had and I've been to 6 out of the 7 continents.

Anne at Live, Life, Travel is hands down the best! Me and my wife talked to a few travel agents about sandals but Anne was definitely the most friendly and most helpful with intitial information. She helped narrow down which rooms were best suited for us. We did a split stay at Sandals La Toc and Sandals Grande St. Lucian. Definitely the best choice to do a split stay. Two totally different resorts. Anne was always easy to get ahold of and very fast to respond. She made the honeymoon planning very easy and fun. Definitely if anyone is looking for a vacation planner/honeymoon planner/ travel agent, Anne Gordon is the one!

Anne helped me plan my honeymoon to Italy last October 2018. We went to Rome and the Sorrento. I told her what was important to us on a vacation and in our hotel and the limitations that we had. We always like a hotel that has a good breakfast, resourceful staff, and a garden or a rooftop bar where we can enjoy a happy hour nightcap. My husband has a walking disability and Anne helped me prioritize what kind of assistance we needed and where is would be most valuable without embarrassing him. (I did borrow a transit chair from my library and this saved rental costs. It also folded up small to fit in the cars we used.)
We had a set budget (on the high side) and Anne worked with me to scale back when we went over estimated costs.
She provided excellent guides and recommended/booked the finest hotels that fulfilled our honeymoon dream!
I handled our plane tickets because I used mileage points but Anne went out of her way to recommend the best flights from our area.
She booked drivers, guides, hotels, tours, and set up each day for us. I drove her crazy with fine details, but in the end it was a beautiful, exciting trip that we will remember for the rest of our lives.

Everyone seems to know the chaos of planning a wedding, but the honeymoon planning should be fun, RIGHT? Well, for us it seemed completely OVERWHELMING, especially while planning an entire wedding at the same time. Even just trying to figure out where we wanted to go was driving us insane. We needed help.

Unfortunately, we did get stuck on the runway on our way down to Mexico for almost 2 hours, but we texted Anne and she was instrumental in getting us there that day! She was like a little magical fairy moving around our seats behind the scenes. You hope nothing goes wrong, but when it does- you need someone like Anne doing the hard work for you while you have a drink in your hand! We already booked with Anne again for our 1st Anniversary and we will be returning to Unico again because we loved it that much. We can’t wait.
