My wife and I wanted to treat ourselves to a nice vacation to celebrate our anniversary. Jen took the time to listen to what we liked and didn't like about previous beach resorts we'd been to. Then she offered us a number of options that would fit our needs perfectly. Once we decided on Sandals Grande Antigua Jen made the booking process simple and easy. She was also in touch with us the whole time prior to our trip with helpful reminders and tips. The fact that she'd been to our resort before was extremely helpful and insightful.

Jen was extremely helpful in planning our honeymoon! She is very knowledgeable about all of the resorts and worked hard to help us find the perfect match for us based on our interest and needs. She sent pictures from the resorts and multiple itinerary options to various resorts when we were indecisive. Jen had recommendations for airport parking options, too!

Jen was very responsive and took care of everything from booking to sending helpful information to even sending a care package of some recommended items for the trip!

Jen was great! She not only helped us pick a great resort, but got us great deals, and kept checking to see if our room went on better sales and made sure we got those deals. She also was extremely helpful to us with all the travel documentation needed (especially with COVID) to be properly prepared to enter our destination country. Highly recommend using her. We're already using her again for a future trip.

Our honeymoon in Barbados was INCREDIBLE! Jen was amazing in every step of the way. From when we first booked, straight through all of the last minute COVID travel-related details, before departing, Jen went above and beyond! She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, informing us along the way of new incentives, and was ALWAYS available for information and advice. Our Sandals honeymoon was beautiful and we would do it again in a heartbeat, with only Jen as our specialist.
