Chef Norma was born in Guatemala and married a man from Mexico, giving her recipes a rich and unparalleled authenticity. Leslie manages the business side of things, tending to couples’ needs and offering specialist knowledge for weddings. Together, the pair make a strong team keen to produce delicious food and provide high-quality dining experiences that newlyweds will remember fondly.

Lilo’s Kitchen offers food truck catering for weddings throughout San Francisco, East Bay, and Santa Clara. Renowned for their beef Birria dishes, the food truck also cooks and serves mouthwatering chicken tacos and carne asada. The team can accommodate both intimate and larger weddings, with a minimum serving window of two hours. Additional amenities include plates, utensils, and napkins. Couples are welcome to visit the food truck during regular operating hours to sample dishes.
