Team of Lilo’s Kitchen
Bay Area native with strong Guatemalan roots, co-owner Leslie wears multiple hats: Manager, Accountant, bookkeeper, cashier, etc. She has years of work experience in the hospitality business and graduated with her Masters Degree in Public Administration from Notre Dame de Namur University in 2017.
In 2013 Leslie visited Guatemala and saw vendors selling smoothies and lunches out of the back of their cars. She envisioned one day having a family ran food truck especially since all of her life the main thing she can remember was family and food. In 2020, she tested a "pilot kitchen' to see if this idea would actually take off. 5 weeks after Lilo's Kitchen launch, Leslie's husband of 13 years tragically and suddenly passed away. As hard as it was, she knew that she owed it to herself, her husbands memory, and her son to go full force with her dream. Lilo's Kitchen is truly a labor of love and hard work.
Born in Guatemala and married to her Mexican husband for over 30 years, owner Norma is a self-taught home chef who is a genius in the kitchen. She geniously mixes the perfect amount of spices and flavor into every recipe she makes.
