This company provides amazing customer service!! Their products are beautiful, and the designer who worked with me was extremely talented, patient, and detail-oriented, and caught tiny little things on my proofs that I would not have noticed on my own. I was VERY happy with the finished product and got a lot of compliments on my beautiful invitations--I plan to use this company again in the future.

My Fiancee and I wanted to create our own wedding invitations and rehearsal dinner invitations - Lil Duck Duck came through!

Because we ordered 50+ cards, they paid for shipping and also a nice discount as well - we were so thrilled to actually be able to email and review the proofs with a live person versus working with a computer screen (doing the work ourselves!!).

They worked directly with us to custom color and create the card that we wanted - they let us pick our size card and paper etc... and were up front about pricing and finishes - great videos on their website showing the different paper types and styles.

We ended up choosing their pearl finish on their custom 130 lb. flat cardstock and oh my word - it shimmered just enough to be stylish, yet not overpowering... We can truly say that no one else has cards like ours and Lil Duck Duck wowed us with their quality work and our guests were full of compliments as to the card.

We also added return address printing - which matched the fonts on our cards and was printed on the FREE! Envelopes that they provided with our cards.

Invitations did not look the online images or proofs. The company was unwilling to provide a refund or reprints.

I purchased 100 5" x 7" engagement invitations and 100 thank you cards. I paid additional for the return address to be imprinted on all envelopes. The address is so, so small on the invitation envelopes and ink so light that they are barely legible. I assumed it was an error so I contacted the company and asked if they can be redone and sent out asap. They replied that they would not redo them and they feel as long as the post office can read, that is fine. I am embarrassed to send out this way so I had to get new envelopes made up at another company. This is in addition to the $500 I paid for the invitations. I can understand an error being made but the response of the company was quite disappointing. I would not ever buy from them again.
