Brandon and Kirsten, the dynamic duo behind the lens, went above and beyond to make our wedding day extraordinary. From the initial consultation to the final delivery, their attention to detail, creativity, and professionalism were unparalleled. Brandon's photography skillfully captured the essence of our love, while Kirsten turned our moments into a cinematic masterpiece. They weren't just vendors; they became an integral part of our wedding story. Choosing Lights and Sound Media Weddings was undoubtedly the best decision we made for our wedding - they made our dreams come true.

Brandon and his team were one of the best parts of our day. We had a lot of stress and issues with the other vendors and venue and Brandon went above and beyond what he needed to to help keep the whole event on track and to fix as many issues as he could even if it didn't involve wedding photos or filming. The service and value we received was far more then what expected it to be and really made a difference for the experience we had.

Our wedding was in October and we signed a contract saying we would get all of our photos and videos 4-8 weeks after the event. We didn’t get our photos until 14 weeks after the event (they somehow managed to not even get a picture of our family with us even though I gave them short list of must have photos that included a family photo) We began to ask about our videos in February and we kept getting different deadlines from them (2.14, 3.27, 5.12) the deadlines would come and go and they wouldn’t even reach out to us. We’d follow up and they always pushed the dates back. Now it’s 36 weeks after our event and they have completely blown us off while promoting and posting other projects they’re working on. We understand if they need more time but now they just refuse to contact us at all and it’s been over a month of trying to contact them (we have tried everything calling, leaving voicemails, texts and emails) Last time I talked to them they only answered because we called from a different phone number. Completely unprofessional and we are heartbroken at the loss of our wedding videos that mean so so much to us. Do not book with them unless you’d like to not get what you paid for and be blatantly ignored. We will change our review if we get the rest of what was promised in our contract.
