We hired Rev. Girard Sheffield for our destination wedding. He was easy to work with through the planning process. His knowledge of the area was really helpful since I had never been to Colorado. He put together a great ceremony after getting to know us over the phone and through Skype. We both wrote our own vows which were easily added to the ceremony. We also chose to include a handfasting ceremony. We included our parents which made the ceremony even more special and Girard did a great job including them. Overall we were very happy with our experience. It is clear that Girard has done many weddings and he makes it seem easy. Thank you for making our ceremony go so smoothly!

Rev. Girard Sheffield was wonderfully calming and made us feel very comforatable with the process of planning our ceremony. He walked us through all of our options for vows, ceremonies, pronouncement, etc. and helped us build exactly the type of wedding we wanted. He is a non-denominational officiant, which was great for my Catholic husband and my Baptist self. He participated in our rehearsal and after we'd run through the ceremony a couple of times, he pulled my husband and I aside to practice our vows alone so no one else would hear them before the wedding. His personal touches like that made it clear that he appreciated how important that day was to us.
