Jeremy D. Krones is a wedding celebrant and life-cycle consultant based out of Grand Lake, CO. JD was legally ordained by the American Marriage Ministry in 2017 to officiate the weddings of two couples of friends who wanted modern Jewish weddings in their mountain town, embracing their heritage in a unique place. Since then he has officiated nearly two dozen ceremonies, including two vow renewals (one after 50 years of marriage!).

JD celebrates civil unions, vow renewals, and interfaith, religious, and non-religious (secular) ceremonies. He can include Spanish, Yiddish, Hebrew, and other languages in the ceremony. Every wedding is unique and JD works hard so the couple gets what they want in their ceremony without any extra stress! He enjoys working with each couple to ensure their ceremony is the right mixture of tradition and personal wants, making a memory that will last a lifetime.

Outside of officiating, JD works as a nonprofit consultant and community organizer. He also leads his local Jewish community and sits on the boards of a handful of service and community organizations. He enjoys doing crafts, reading a wide variety of literature, writing, playing music and singing, and spending time outdoors with his dog, Cauliflower, and cat, Broccoli.
