Level Two was the best choice for our wedding reception! Jim MacAndrew and Mark Victory were so helpful throughout our entire planning process. Jim is very responsive to emails and I was a very detailed bride. He was always willing to work with my visions and offered any advice needed. Great options for affordable pricing. Amazing space in the heart of downtown, modern dance floor and lighting with cute suites! Offered a tasting and food was great- loved the all inclusive ability of venue, food, drinks, staffing, day of help, lighting, linens, parking etc. They even made our favorite speciality drinks happen: strawberry margs and mojitos. Owners are so sweet, even day of - in talking with guests and making everyone feel welcome. He even helped me find a lost phone after the event finished. Couldn't recommend higher for your next big event!

When we work with people, we don't just care about their product, we want to work with and support good people. We initially hired Level Two because the space is a great party space, but also, they don't live to squeeze you for every last dime like we found at most other places we explored. Boy did our decision pay off. We were set for a June 2020 wedding when COVID hit. We moved our date twice and the owner, Jim MacAndrew, rolled with it. While other brides and grooms were in screaming matches with their vendors over money, date shifts, logistics, etc. Jim was so flexible, so graceful, so perfect. He didn't add more stress to an already stressful situation. That's what you get when you deal with real, down-to-earth humans. The best part was that Jim's been in this business over 30 years and acts much like a wedding planner (and a day-of coordinator). He made it to where we didn't even need a wedding planner or day-of coordinator. He answered every question, provided good insights, and not only did he make us confident he would deliver a great evening, he nailed it as I suspect he does time and time again. A few days before our wedding, we dropped all of our decor off at the venue and didn't have to do a damn thing. Amazing! Because Jim's been around the block a time or two zillion, he set up both the ceremony and reception spaces with our crap (I mean, decor...) and when we showed up, it looked amazing just as I knew it would. Speaking of amazing, all the tables, linens, chairs, plates, yada yada yada all come with it when you rent the space so you don't have to rent all of that individually. I'm sure there are people who want to go through the trouble of renting all those things separately, but we are not those people. It was beautiful, elegant, simple, and as far as we knew, it all went to plan. Not only would we recommend this venue to people, we'd use it again for any type of larger event. For a sleek event space backed by Jim's extensive wedding/event experience that he's more than willing to share, Level Two is the way to go.

I can not say enough about the level of service I received from Jim at Level two!!! This place is absolutely amazing.. I had my wedding Ceremony and reception at Level Two on September 21st and everything turned out exactly as planned. Food was delicious, venue is modern and stunning, owner Jim knows what he’s doing and will make sure your day is all you expected and more. My guest had a blast and we received nothing but compliments on every aspect of our day. My friends told me throughout the wedding planning time I was to calm and it’s because I knew I was in good hands with Jim. I really appreciate Jim and Mark for making my special day all I would image and more. You can tell these guys know how to thrown a event! Thank you again!

This venue offered me everything I was looking for on my wedding day September 2019. The staff was super overly friendly in which I loved loved loved Mark. It's upscale, clean, roomy, and the PERFECT VENUE to create an ELEGANT wedding atmosphere. It was a little over MY budget put I didn't care. The view of Downtown Dallas is spectacular! This is a rare find. I'm so excited! Level Two is the Place to be for you and your wedding party! Did I rhyme? Yup!

Only word I can think of to describe my reception. Myself, my husband, both families and my friends/guests had THE BEST TIME EVER! Thank you Jim for all your guidance and support. You, your staff and the venue are incredible!

My daughter's wedding and reception was held here in October 2016. Jim and his sister Lisa are amazing. The new venue location in the Dallas Design District is beautiful with plenty of parking. Guests could not stop ranting and raving about what a what a great time they had that evening.

You can trust Level Two to give great advice and take care of every detail!

Best decision we made!

I had my wedding at Level Two, and I can say with certainty that it was the best decision of my wedding. Jim and his sister Lisa helped at every step along the way of our planning process, offering advice and answering all my questions. Jim has seen a lot of weddings in his space, and is always willing to share his past experiences and let you know if he thinks something won't work, which I appreciated. And going through our set-up the day before, I was confident that Level Two's staff could realize the vision I'd created for their venue.
The day of the wedding, Lisa was a rock star. She coordinated our wedding party and major events, ran lights, helped set up and break down our wedding, and DJed, and was awesome at everything. The staff kept drinks flowing, served excellent food, and were always where they needed to be next. The night went so smoothly, from the first guest walking in to the break-down, that I almost didn't want to leave. After the wedding, all our guests have been raving about the venue.
Level Two is a hidden gem in downtown Dallas and I highly recommend it to any bride.

Go and check this place out!!! I absolutely loved everything about this venue! I'm trying to figure out another event I could have there. Jim was amazing throughout the whole experience. He acted as our wedding planner - I wish I would have asked more questions because he knew so much about weddings and how everything really works out that day. This place was exactly what my husband and I wanted. It was beautiful and romantic it honestly doesn't need any decorations. All my friends were jealous and shocked about how beautiful Level Two is and the price!

At the reception my husband and I were taken care of like a king and queen by Jim. As soon as I was done with my drink Jim would come up out of no where to give me another. Jim told us when to do the food, cut the cake, our first dance, and in the middle of the night he pulled my husband and I aside so we could have a moment with each other. He absolutely thought of everything and didn't let us forget about anything. He kept the party moving perfectly! He made it to where we were able to enjoy our time instead of stressing about every little thing.

Level Two was AMAZING! It was the only place I looked at and we booked it immediately. It is a one stop shop. I booked catering, the DJ, and the reception hall, which included candles, tables, linens, and chairs. Jim is professional and very fair. I did not have one doubt or any worries before or the day of. Level Two's DJ was great, the dinner music was perfect and the dancing lasted all night. Jim and his crew are awesome and gave me my kind of perfect! -Nikole and Nathan
