I am so glad we found Lenzner for our wedding shuttle. We had our guests shuttled from a parking lot a 1/4 mile away from our ceremony site at my parents' home. They live at the end of a dead end. We were looking for a company who would be available to bring our guests to the wedding and then to do loops from the wedding to the parking lot throughout the night for anyone coming late or needing to get to their cars.

You would not believe how difficult it was to find someone to do this. Some places wanted to charge an arm and a leg, another place would not allow their van to go in reverse for "liability reasons". Other places would not call us back. A month before the wedding, we were panicking. My mom thought of Lenzner who had shuttles for the Sewickley House Tour. Thankfully they were available. They had no issues with any of the stipulations for the evening or maneuvering anywhere. The price was fair, and while I myself did not ride the shuttle, I was told everything went smoothly, the driver was polite and funny, and the shuttle was clean and well maintained.

We had some confusing logistics for our wedding and Lenzner did them with no issue, they were prompt, professional and courteous! Definitely would recommend them!

I booked with carrie karashowsky at lenzer in monroeville. She was amazing. She handled everything and even gave awesome advice on the region and area we were traveling to for our honeymoon.

My wedding was just this last weekend in Pittsburgh PA and my family rented a 49-passenger bus to transport all of the guests between our wedding locations for the day. We worked with Hope during the planning process and she was very helpful every step of the way. She promptly responded to all emails that my mom and I sent her and offered many helpful suggestions to us. I would give her 5 stars individually. Unfortunately we did not have a good experience with our driver. To put it simply, he did not seem like he knew what he was doing or where he was going the entire day. It was so bad that my husband had to have 2 of the groomsmen ride the shuttle with the driver to the hotels (instead of the groomsmen being able to stay with my husband at the ceremony) to pick up guests and take then to our ceremony location because we did not have confidence that he could get the guests to our ceremony without assistance.
Also, we had the shuttle until midnight and it specifically stated that in our contract. The driver came into our reception at 10:45pm to tell my mom that he would only be making one last trip because we only had the shuttle until 11pm. My mom told him that his end time was incorrect and his response to my mom was, "show me the contract." Obviously, we were at the wedding reception and didn't have the vendor contract on us so he went out to the bus to grab his copy and saw that that it did in fact say midnight. This driver was extremely rude during this entire interaction and coupled with his clueless and nonchalant attitude throughout the day will deter us from booking with this company again.
