I got married during the pandemic. My wedding went from 70+ people to less than 10. My husband's mother couldn't make it. The entire day was hard for me because I felt as though I had compromised everything. Therefore, I was not treating it like my wedding day. At one point, Kristin told me that regardless of everything, this is the only wedding I'll get, so I need to do everything that I wanted as far as pictures. She was super upbeat and creative and took everyone into consideration throughout the day. I recommend her to EVERYONE who mentions wanting pictures done. She was perfect! (Also, my family can be a little tense due to some bad history, and when I was having the whole wedding, having her as my photographer gave me peace of mind because I knew she could break tension quickly with her personality and great sense of humor.)

I cannot begin to rave over this photographer! She is absolutely amazing. She listened to me plan MONTHS in advance and helped us every step of the way. She stayed the whole day and captured EVERY beautiful moment. She was very focused, professional, and a joy to work with. My husband and I have a very private prayer before the ceremony and she was very respectful to our wishes during that moment. The is the BEST photographer you will ever find.

lenker photography was such a great decision for our big day, she has an amazing personality and made it a breeze and being able to not stressing about getting all the specifics I wanted taken was awesome!

She has a feel for what you want, even when you aren’t sure and captures your special day just for you !

Kristin is one of the sweetest people to work with. She listens to what you want and will go above and beyond what you expected. She has done all of our pictures from baby, engagement, wedding & will continue to be our photographer for every other milestone in our life. You will not be disappointed by her work!

Kristen was very charasmatic, friendly and assured us she could provide quality indoor and outdoor wedding photos. We weren't happy with our initial photos, but Kristen worked with us to try and edit them to more of our preference. Due to not wanting to wait any longer (waited 6 weeks) we accepted them even though we felt the quality was average.

Additionally, it felt that the edits were rushed and because of this, inconsistent in their quality. There was little-to-no communication during the editing process however this was explained by Kristen that her practice is not to okay editing choices with her clients as her editing style is "pretty definitive".

Expanding on the topic of communication, before the wedding we had very limited communication -- most of our messages (email & text) were responded to a few days late or not at all -- after the wedding, it was more of the same. The reason given to us for the lack of communication by Kristen was that this is a very busy time of year and her dog was very sick. While these are two very understandable reasons, it would have been appreciated if she had taken the initiative and informed us of these factors right away.

To sum up this definitely-too-long review, Kristen was very pleasant in our face-to-face meetings but her communication outside of the event was lacking. In terms of the final product, we were satisfied with the outdoor shots but found that the indoor shots were very disappointing.
