The LeClaire Civic Club is a 501C-4 Non-Profit Tax Exempt organization whose mission is to promote among its members that we are an organization, primarily formed to serve our community and its citizens in need. In addition, we will strive to maintain and provide a low cost meeting hall to be used by the citizens of our community and the surrounding area.
