If you are searching for a beautiful, quiet space to make your day what you want it to be... this is a lovely option. Our guests kept asking, “how did you find this place?!” The truth is, weddings and events are not their main game, so if you’re hoping for a team of minions to do your bidding, you’ll have to bring your own. But if you’re the type of couple with a lot of imagination and a need for elbow room to set your own tone... then you will be met with kind, informed, helpful people, like Josie, who will show you around and give you ideas and let you know the boundaries.

They do have an excellent working relationship with Coastal rentals, and they know them well, which was really helpful. They have a list of preferred caterers, but are willing to be flexible if your caterer is willing to go through the vetting process! We chose Bachetti Bros. out of Wilmington and everything went wonderfully.

The grounds are superb and homey in all the best ways. Your photographer will be in seventh heaven.

One unique perk of this outdoor space is that they have two actual bathrooms with flushing toilets. You only have to supplement if your guest list is over 100 (i think?).

Lavender Fields is anything but a wedding factory. While you may lose some of the feeling of being carried through your planning and execution, you gain a personal connection and a freedom of expression, all for a reasonable price, comparatively.
