We hired Lavandula Strings to play for our ceremony and cocktail hour and they were absolutely amazing! From the beginning, Joy was so easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions. We've never hired string musicians before so she walked us through the process and what to expect. During the ceremony, the quartet timed our songs perfectly and I can say with full confidence, there was not a single dry eye in the room. It felt so special to hear the strings as I walked down the aisle. During cocktail hour, the musicians played as we took photos outside. Our guests absolutely loved it and they enjoyed dancing to their music, especially the kids. We had the chance to speak with Joy and the other musicians afterwards and they were all lovely people and very accomplished. They all had graduate degrees and had performed all over the world as classical musicians - they had even performed at weddings for celebrities! It really made our ceremony special to have them share their talents with us on such an important day! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional musicians that go above and beyond!
