After encountering some other vendors with poor communication and exorbitant pricing, I was frustrated early on in the vendor search. It was by pure chance that I reached out to Tom after seeing his name on the preferred vendor list for a venue that we did not end up choosing for our wedding! We could not be more blessed or thankful for that chance encounter leading to a wonderful working relationship for our recent 7/5/26 wedding at Flowerfield!

From the time I first contacted him about 15 months prior to our wedding, Tom was extremely professional, communicative, and comforting. Most importantly, he worked with me to create a package that would be best for our wedding within our budget, and he was completely understanding and receptive to negotiation of the pricing/payment schedule and contract.

Whenever I had any questions, Tom was quick to answer any emails or texts. We had never met Tom before, as we decided against engagement photos, so when he had suggested a meeting about 3 months prior to our wedding, we were very thankful and excited, but admittedly nervous. Upon meeting Tom and Steve, one of the photographers, we felt so reassured we had made the right choice in vendor! They were down-to-earth, relatable, and clearly very experienced. It was also wonderful to know exactly who would be there capturing our wedding day, rather than being assigned someone we had never met and finally meeting them on the wedding day.

Additionally, as my husband and I are from two different cultural/religious backgrounds, our wedding was unique, and it was important to us that these aspects were captured. Tom and Steve were incredibly understanding and creative, from our initial meeting to the day of the wedding, and we always felt very comfortable with them.

On the day of the wedding, we met photographer Jarred as well, who captured my husband and the groomsmen getting ready and then was one of our two photographers for the day (alongside Steve). He was equally as kind, respectful, and comforting! We had all-day coverage from getting ready to about an hour before the reception ended. Tom, Steve, and Jarred captured each and every moment we had desired and more--upon receiving our full photos and video this week, there is so much they captured that we had no idea they had! It is so wonderful reliving the day and seeing new angles, as well as seeing all our loved ones in the photos and videos. Our footage is simply beautiful and magical, and they captured SO MUCH!

Most importantly, on the wedding day, we felt completely comfortable. Tom, Steve, and Jarred kept us on time and made us laugh and have fun while capturing our special day. Their shot list was impeccable, and everything we had special requests for was followed to a T. The best part was that we were able to be at our cocktail hour, on the dance floor with our guests, and enjoying the entire reception without being pulled away for photos. Everything was seamless, and the flow was wonderful!

We had the best experience using Lasting Moments for our wedding. We originally had them booked for our 2025 wedding but we had to postpone due to me getting sick. Tom and his team were so amazing during this time! I rebooked with them for our 2026 wedding and I couldn’t be happier with that choice. They were professional, fun, and listened to our requests and vision. They engaged with our bridal party and families and just overall were an amazing team! Everyone loved them and felt comfortable. We love our video and photos and wouldn’t change a thing! Tom was incredible from start to finish!! Tom took photos at my bridal shower and did our video for our wedding day. I wish I could rate 10 stars for each category! From the first initial email I sent Tom back in 2024 inquiring about videography for my 2026 wedding, Tom has been absolutely amazing. He is super professional, super responsive and super talented. Tom was with me from getting ready to all the way to our cake cutting and truly captured it all. Within 1 day of our wedding, Tom already posted a teaser social media clip that we can not stop watching! It really is the perfect teaser that has a little bit of everything from our special day! On my husband and I’s flight home from our honeymoon (1 week exactly from our wedding day) Tom sent us ALL our wedding videos. It was so special to watch all the footage and reminisce from our favorite day. Tom truly got every detail from our day! PS- shortly after I got engaged in 2024, I got diagnosed with a brain tumor and had brain surgery. Tom reached out many times to ask how I was feeling and sent good wishes. To top it off, he even sent me a care package that made me know we chose the right company for videographer. Someone who cares for his clients and treats them like his own family. Tom was so responsive to texts and emails, answered all of my crazy questions and made a payment plan that was easy for us to follow and to keep things affordable!
Fast forward to our actual wedding day, Tom directed us so smoothly and was capturing everything on our special day including detail shots, bridal party, first/parent/special dances, entrances, ceremony, dance montage and more. Since we were the first wedding of his year, we received our video back so fast!

Tom was all you could wish for in a videographer!! He made both me and my husband so comfortable in front of the camera. He gave us a sneak peak social media video the day after the wedding which was a crazy turn around! We also received our highlight film, dance film and FULL video less than a week and a half after our wedding! We are so happy with the final product and are so grateful we got everything so fast! Would book him 1000 times over.
