Loved working with Larry! My parents were the one who found him, and also he came highly recommended from our videographer.
We decided to do the engagement shoot to get to him better before the day, and he really helped put both of us at ease!
The actual wedding day he could not have been better, and having just received our photos back, they are all amazing!

My husband and I got married on 4 May, we planned most of our wedding remotely from overseas. One of our worst fears that my husband and i share was to spend a ton of money on a photographer and look like deer in headlights most of the day. After months of corresponding via email, we met Larry and his assistant the day of of in the Bridal Suite. The min i met him my fears were thrown to the side. He is easy to talk to, super flexible and i never felt like I was annoying him with my inability to get my angles right ;) My Husband felt the same way. I read a ton of articles about how you shouldn't skimp on the photographer on your wedding day as they are the only memories you will have and i'm glad we didnt. His pricing point was the average and i loved the rest of his portfolio so i took a gamble and it was worth it.

We can't say enough about our experiences with Larry! He was incredibly kind and professional throughout the entire planning process, and he played an absolutely crucial role in capturing our day. We got married on July 29th at the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club, and it may have been the only day without any breeze coming off the bay, but he helped keep us cool and collected! He knew the exact shots to take and helped us capture the moments we envisioned too! He actually took the time to get to know us by shooting our engagement photos too, which went a long way in forming that chemistry so he knew exactly how we would act and how we would move! Throughout the whole day (we totally recommend getting his all day, two shooter package too!), he was never intrusive but was always there to get the perfect moments and detail shots. He and the great second shooter, Jim, took THOUSANDS of pictures and we got back thousands of EDITED photos within 3 weeks!! Everything came out beautifully and we couldn't be happier with our decision to make Larry a part of our special day. I can't say enough positive things about Larry. We used him for our engagement photos and wedding. He literally gives you thousands of edited pictures. It's so hard to choose from all the great ones he captures. With the amount of moments he captures, you are bound to get tons of beautiful ones. Most importantly, on the day of, he knows exactly what to do. He knows all of the bridal party and family members by name, and makes taking all of the group pictures so efficient. After the wedding, looking through all of the pictures is the closest thing to getting to relive the day. I highly recommend Larry to anyone looking for a great wedding photographer.

Larry was great to work with. We met with a lot of photographers and Larry impressed us with his experience, humor and relaxed nature. Larry was absolutely amazing, I work in weddings so I have worked with Larry professionally before but never as a client, I could not of asked for anything more! Larry was like a ninja here one minute and there the other, we have the most amazing photos I could of ever asked for. The best wedding-related decision we made by far was choosing Larry as our photographer. From the very first time I emailed Larry, he was kind and professional and showed a genuine love for his work with brides and grooms. Larry makes you feel like you're his top priority, like he has NOTHING else on his mind besides capturing your story.

He is also meticulous in his work, clearly spending a LOT of time and energy editing every photo. It took us forever to choose an image for our "Save the Date" postcard because we had so many great options to choose from.

We received our wedding photos exactly a month after our wedding, and no surprise--they're incredible. Larry was the calm before the storm (literally). During our "First Look" at 3 p.m., it was pouring rain, and Larry kept me relaxed and happy (and distracted from the crummy weather).

Somehow, Larry worked his magic with the weather Gods and it cleared up just in time for our ceremony to take place outside by the dock at Kent Manor. Again, I can't stress how important Larry's personality AND quality of work is for this special day. He remembered EVERY SINGLE person's name in our wedding party (all sixteen of them), captured so many beautiful candid moments throughout the night, and stuck with us from 10 a.m. at the salon until 11 p.m. at night after our final sparkler exit.

If you're debating which photography package to choose, I encourage you to get the ALL DAY package. The photos leading up to our "First Look" are so special in that they capture the special rush of anticipation leading up to the wedding (and of course he freezes in time all those big and little moments from the day, including all the details you wouldn't think to look at, like all the cake, food, and decorations.)
