  Loved working with Larry and his team!

  Loved working with Larry! My parents were the one who found him, and also he came highly recommended from our videographer.
  We decided to do the engagement shoot to get to him better before the day, and he really helped put both of us at ease!
  The actual wedding day he could not have been better, and having just received our photos back, they are all amazing!
  Thank you again Larry and Shawn for making our day perfect!

  Made the entire day comfortable

  My husband and I got married on 4 May, we planned most of our wedding remotely from overseas. One of our worst fears that my husband and i share was to spend a ton of money on a photographer and look like deer in headlights most of the day. After months of corresponding via email, we met Larry and his assistant the day of of in the Bridal Suite. The min i met him my fears were thrown to the side. He is easy to talk to, super flexible and i never felt like I was annoying him with my inability to get my angles right ;) My Husband felt the same way. I read a ton of articles about how you shouldn't skimp on the photographer on your wedding day as they are the only memories you will have and i'm glad we didnt. His pricing point was the average and i loved the rest of his portfolio so i took a gamble and it was worth it.

  We can't say enough about our experiences with Larry! He was incredibly kind and professional throughout the entire planning process, and he played an absolutely crucial role in capturing our day. We got married on July 29th at the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club, and it may have been the only day without any breeze coming off the bay, but he helped keep us cool and collected! He knew the exact shots to take and helped us capture the moments we envisioned too! He actually took the time to get to know us by shooting our engagement photos too, which went a long way in forming that chemistry so he knew exactly how we would act and how we would move! Throughout the whole day (we totally recommend getting his all day, two shooter package too!), he was never intrusive but was always there to get the perfect moments and detail shots. He and the great second shooter, Jim, took THOUSANDS of pictures and we got back thousands of EDITED photos within 3 weeks!! Everything came out beautifully and we couldn't be happier with our decision to make Larry a part of our special day. We will ALWAYS be able to reflect on our day by looking back at all of the pictures! Thank you SO MUCH Larry and Jim! -Chelsea and Steven, 7/29/16

It's so hard to choose from all the great ones he captures. With the amount of moments he captures, you are bound to get tons of beautiful ones. Most importantly, on the day of, he knows exactly what to do. He knows all of the bridal party and family members by name, and makes taking all of the group pictures so efficient. After the wedding, looking through all of the pictures is the closest thing to getting to relive the day. I highly recommend Larry to anyone looking for a great wedding photographer.

  Larry was great to work with. We met with a lot of photographers and Larry impressed us with his experience, humor and relaxed nature. We felt like his personality would make us feel at ease on our wedding day and we were right. Plus, he took a million pictures (OK, slightly exaggerated, but he took a lot!)   Larry was absolutely amazing, I work in weddings so I have worked with Larry professionally before but never as a client, I could not of asked for anything more!   The best wedding-related decision we made by far was choosing Larry as our photographer. From the very first time I emailed Larry, he was kind and professional and showed a genuine love for his work with brides and grooms. Larry makes you feel like you're his top priority, like he has NOTHING else on his mind besides capturing your story.
  
  He is also meticulous in his work, clearly spending a LOT of time and energy editing every photo. It took us forever to choose an image for our "Save the Date" postcard because we had so many great options to choose from.
  
  We received our wedding photos exactly a month after our wedding, and no surprise--they're incredible. Larry was the calm before the storm (literally). During our "First Look" at 3 p.m., it was pouring rain, and Larry kept me relaxed and happy (and distracted from the crummy weather).
  
  Somehow, Larry worked his magic with the weather Gods and it cleared up just in time for our ceremony to take place outside by the dock at Kent Manor. Again, I can't stress how important Larry's personality AND quality of work is for this special day. He remembered EVERY SINGLE person's name in our wedding party (all sixteen of them), captured so many beautiful candid moments throughout the night, and stuck with us from 10 a.m. at the salon until 11 p.m. at night after our final sparkler exit.
  
  If you're debating which photography package to choose, I encourage you to get the ALL DAY package. The photos leading up to our "First Look" are so special in that they capture the special rush of anticipation leading up to the wedding (and of course he freezes in time all those big and little moments from the day, including all the details you wouldn't think to look at, like all the cake, food, and decorations.)
  
  I give Larry the highest recommendation on the planet. He was essential in making my wedding day the most incredible day of my life thus far. Thank you, Larry!

  Larry took absolutely WONDERFUL pictures of our wedding at the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club! We could not have asked for better photos. He captured everything that we wanted to and then some. He's funny, easy going, and has a calming presence. Just what you need on the big day! I was so impressed with how efficiently he got our group photos done, so that our wedding party could enjoy the cocktail hour. No gimicks - just wonderful photos. He is very knowledgeable and you can tell that he loves what he does. Thank you Larry!

  Larry was wonderful! He's funny, kind and you can tell he really cares about what he does. He was simply all over the place based on the photos, but you hardly knew he was there. When things got a little tense, Larry would make me relax with his quick wit and great sense of humor. Planning things with Larry couldn't have been easier, either. We really weren't into giving him a list of 'must have' pictures. He's a professional and knows what he's doing and based on his work, we felt comfortable in letting him photograph everything as he sees fit. The albums he offers are amazing and we got close to 3000 pictures on disk from him with all the rights... unlike other photographers who shockingly charge insane amounts of money just to get them to take the pictures, then turn around and try and sell you and your family prints after the fact. Larry is super reasonable compared to the competition based on our research and you get everything you pay for, and more. I only wish I could get married more often so we can spend some time with Larry! Lol. Maybe we'll renew our vows one day:)

  Larry was a photographer at my friend's wedding first, and after seeing him in action, I asked him to photograph my wedding. Larry is wonderful to work with and very accommodating. He brings another photographer with him, so they capture everything! Then, to top it off, he edits the photos with a meticulous eye. We received 2900 pictures and each one was better than the next. I would certainly recommend Larry to anyone looking to capture the moments of their special day! He rocks!

  This man is AMAZING! If you want ideas or if you want to pose and request certain types of photos you've always dreamed of having, Larry can make it happen. He's quiet, unobtrusive, kind, and caring to what your needs and wants are for your big day. Give him the seedling of an idea and he makes it bloom! Larry is the most used photographer at the CBBC and the wedding planners who work there have all used him; needless to say, he's reliable and he's awesome! Stop looking around. For what you get and the time, attention, and advice you get from him, he's second to none. Being an out of state bride, he was flexible and "FaceTimed" with me, he was clear in his contract and with our financial obligations and he was there on time! I would fly him around the world for another session where photos are needed. He has been able to capture out day, 7200 times over! Hire him. You won't regret it!

  Larry provided excellent service during our wedding and reception. We enjoyed every minute and have no doubt he captured some amazing photos.   Larry Huffman photographed my wedding 2 days ago, and I could not go another day without thanking him. He is an amazing photographer and a wonderful person. I got married at the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club. Every staff member that worked there raved about Larry and recommended him. I later learned he even photographed their weddings. Pictures were my number one priority. My Mom had a friend photograph her wedding and her pictures were terrible. I interviewed all of the vendors the Beach Club recommended, and also other photographers I had researched on my own. After meeting with 16 photographers personally, I decided Larry was the best candidate. There were 2 qualities I was look for in a photographer, amazing photography and personality! I met with so many photographers in person so I could see the quality of their work. I love pictures and took a photography class, so I know good quality work when I see it. My other requirement was that the photographer had to have a minimum 10 years and maximum 20 years’ experience. Larry had 15 years which was perfect! Ever since digital photography came out, everyone is a photographer, so I wanted someone who knew how to work the camera when film was around. He was also up to date with technology which I found that the older photographers were not. Plus, he was able to do traditional and photojournalism, so he was the best of both worlds! Another great quality was he's reasonably priced! What I liked about his pricing was he did not charge by the hour. He was willing to photograph me from the moment I woke up to the moment I left the reception. Those were his words and he stood by them. He also was willing to do 2 engagement sessions since we could not fit in a full day with our busy schedules. We went to 4 different locations. On our 1st engagement session, Larry took pictures of us on a beach in the water and he got into the water literally up to his chest! On our 2nd engagement session, he even took pictures of me in my cap and gown since I just graduated college. Larry made our pictures look like magazine covers. He gave us a CD of all the pictures totaling around 1100. My pictures were breath taken and I was in tears knowing this guy would be photographing my wedding. Before my wedding, he met with me and wanted to go over who everyone was in my family and wedding party. He helped me with my timeline and all of the details. Actually, he helped me with my timeline on several occasions. The day of the wedding, he calmed me down when I got stressed out and he was by my side the whole night. He never stopped taking pictures. His assistant Steve great too! He was extremely nice and personable, just like Larry! I know Steve was an amazing photographer too, because Larry informed me prior to the wedding that Steve photographed his son’s wedding. Larry is the best of the best. He can turn any situation into perfection not by using photo shop but by simply using his camera and natural lighting. The best photographers are the ones who can create a picture perfect image by their camera and not manipulating the image on photo shop.   My husband and I loved Larry! Our photos turned out great! We used him for the engagement photos and he got them back to us within a week! They turned out great. For the wedding, the photos are gorgeous...especially the ones near the water-Larry made the photos turn out great. The price is great and you get to keep the photos yourself-with ability to print anywhere (except for professional use), which a lot of places don't offer. The price also includes a photo album, which we haven't received yet but I am sure it will be great. Larry is a great guy, got my husband to smile in a lot of photos which I was worried about since he isn't the most photogenic. I would definitely recommend Larry to everyone.

  From the very first meeting with Larry, I knew he was the photographer for us. His photos are amazing. So when we decided to have our ceremony and reception indoors I was less than thrilled.. but the images that we have received from our wedding day, courtesy of Larry and his assistant Steve are more than what I thought they would be! I am so thankful for his talent and creativeness on our wedding day! The less than perfect weather (downpour!) meant no outdoor photos like I was hoping for, but our photos are perfect! Larry knew everyone's names.. which is difficult.. especially with our families both being divorced and we had 6 bridesmaids and 7 groomsman! Everything went great! Thank you so much for everything on our wedding day!

  Larry was wonderful! We (along with our families and friends) were beyond pleased with his service!! He probably took over 1,000 pictures! I don't believe he missed a single thing! We couldn't have asked for a more pleasant and professional person! He truly helped to make our day perfect!!

  He is fabulous!!! My photos were AMAZING! He traveled from Annapolis, MD to Duck, NC for the wedding and we have nothing but wonderful things to say. He truley out did himself.

  When choosing a photographer, I think it is very important to appreciate their personality. Your wedding photographer will be very close to you ALL day on your big day and Larry was a joy to have around. We hired Larry because we got along with him like a friend. He was relaxed enough that I knew in a high stress situation he could calm me down, but it was so funny because on the actual wedding day - Larry had MORE energy than I did!!! We had a very large wedding - Larry and his staff were all over the place getting images of all the details and all our family/friends. We are MORE than happy with our photos!!! His talent is unbelievable! He is extra talented when it comes to capturing the perfect sunset. He is an expert at that! Of all the photographers we interviewed, Larry was the most reasonable. Larry's packages were fair, competitive and we get a CD of the images and all the proofs. Larry is also creative...he gets unique shots that I would have never thought of getting. Overall, my husband, parents and I could not be happier with our wedding photos. I would recommend Larry to anyone...especially if you are getting married at the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club. He knows that venue like the back of his hand...better than ANY other photographer in the area!!!

  After interviewing quite a few photographers, we knew Larry was the one for us immediately. He was so nice, laid back and open to doing things however we wanted. The pictures were absolutely amazing, three years after our wedding we are still talking about how great Larry was. He was the best vendor that we worked with for our wedding. We have recommended him to everyone we know and will continue to recommend him in the future.
  
  Larry was such a pleasure to work with and we hope to use him again in the future for photography. He gets a five star rating from us - if we could give him more than a five we would!
