Couples can invite up to 200 guests to Landoll’s Mohican Castle to celebrate their big day. This hotel offers elegantly rustic spaces in which couples can marry and host their reception. The Wedding Terrace is the most popular ceremony spot at the castle. Couples marry on a cement patio among the trees with the castle rising up in the background. We have also added a new beautiful outdoor pavilion which is located in the heart of the property with the castle in view. The pavilion is a perfect rain plan for couples who want an outdoor wedding ceremony. The pavilion is also used as a space to host your rehearsal dinner the night before or cocktail hour after the ceremony. Couples can choose to host their reception in the Event Center or Twilight Tent. The Event Center is an indoor banquet hall space. This bright and classy space features delicate gold chandeliers and tall windows. The Twilight Tent is an outdoor tent space, open sides and clear roof panels overhead.

Jim Landoll’s love of castles started in Europe, however, before he could build his own he began The Landoll Publishing Company in the early 1970s. The company became extremely successful and he sold it in 1997 to begin constructing Landoll’s Mohican Castle. The project was originally going to be a barn until Jim’s wife convinced him to turn it into a hotel. The wood and stone used to construct the castle came from the same property on which it still sits. The venue officially opened in 2002 and is still managed by the Landoll family today.

It's like a fairy tale!
Getting married at Landoll's was such an amazing experience both for us and all of our guests. Everyone couldn't stop telling us good the food was and how beautiful the venue was as well. Our wedding coordinator, Shayla, was the best! She was super responsive to all my emails back and forth and was able to help change up the floor plan to adjust to our needs. Day of the wedding she was along with us the whole way. Everything turned out beautiful and both of use could not be happier we picked this place.Sent on 10/22/2019

Small Elopement Wedding
I can not express how AMAZING my wedding day was thanks to the staff at Landoll's Mohican Castle! Everyone was so welcoming to us the moment we stepped into the entrance and continued to check on us throughout the stay to make sure we were receiving the wedding of our dreams. I am also impressed by the help I received before we got there. They made sure to cover all the details and scheduling, even staff that wouldn't be there on the wedding day. They literally scheduled, booked, and ordered everything for us and we had to do NOTHING. I could not have asked for a better wedding day and we will continue coming back here for other occasions.Sent on 10/22/2019

As a mobile DJ, I have had the opportunity to work many weddings at Landoll's Mohican Castle. The venue beautifully situated in a gorgeous quiet wooded area, making for some amazing pictures! The banquet room itself is perfect for a small to medium sized reception, with a nice sized dance floor. As for the staff, they are top-notch! Melody is one of the hardest working and knowledgeable banquet room managers I know, and her staff makes sure everything is just perfect for every event! It truly is a unique and "magical" place to have your "picture perfect" reception!
